Our Tax Group has leading expertise advising clients on domestic and international taxation matters, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, securities offerings, structured products, cross-border planning and corporate tax disputes.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of intensive Canadian income or sales tax litigation experience, strong professional credentials and at least a partial portable practice.
