Important Announcements/Upcoming Projects Landscaping re-design of entrances- We have received the bids back to install our designs and are negotiating with our selected landscaper. We hope to get it started this Fall.

Towing Signs- As you noticed the new signs for Kendall Towing have been installed. They were placed in the incorrect spot and this will be fixed. The old Tron signs will be removed.

Pergolas at entrances- Our current ones are deteriorating and we are working on bids to replace them

Reminders… Golfcarts- KEEP THEM OFF THE GRASS AND PLANTSRemember the money to fix these issues is coming out of our pockets. Let’s keep South Solerno Beautiful- please stay on sidewalks only.

Speeding - Be mindful of your neighbors and children out playing- the speed limit inside the neighborhoods is 25mph.

Mailboxes- Keep them clean & maintained. Which is as simple as black spray paint on the post and box. Red Flag and Gold numbers only. To replace yours: Contact Beautiful Mailboxes at 954-792-6245

Parking- There is to be no overnight street parking. Boats, RV's & other toys must be in your driveway for no more than 24 hours. Blocking the sidewalk is prohibited by law.

Dog Poop/Leash Law- Pick up after pets & keep them on a leash at all times. This is for everyone's health and safety.

Garage Sales- 2x a year in Spring(March.April.May) & Fall(Sept.Oct.Nov)- Residents coordinate the date with Leland mgt. and responsible to pick up/return the community signs.

Pressure Washing- Your Sidewalks and Curbs(area in front of your lawn on road) needs to be maintained and cleaned. It becomes a hazard when they are black, muddy and mossy.
