Tawhid is essence of being human and also essence of such guidance. Tawhid in literal means the relationship between man and Allah that excludes a similar relationship with anyone else. This mean, man give all commitment to Allah. It involves love and workship, abedience to the will of Allah and submission combined with an interested to do His will and the sense of a mission. In human context its means man is free. Freedom from all human and (man-made) superhuman bondages before his commitment to Allah can be truthly and positive. Tawhid presupposes a consciousness n man of his stature independence of all being and dependent to Allah. All man are equally free to independene of all being and equal dependent to Allah. Prophet muhammad (saw) and others prophet had also to face similar “argument”. ARTICLE REVIEW. (TAWHID: THE CONCEPT AND THE PROCESS)

Key consept in Islam is tauhid. It’s crucial part in build Islamic civilisation. The cause of

degeneration due to the lapse from tawhid. Tawhid is essence of being human and also essence

of such guidance.

Prophet muhammad (saw) and others prophet had also to face similar “argument”. When

that the way of life being attacked by him was the “way of our forefathers”. And this force

Following their forefathers practice and put the religious leadders in high position and

the leadders has mislead their follower, in Qur’an have mention: who do so will repent on the

Day of Judgment.

The liberation of man from such a bondage of lust and avarice assumes, therefore,

priority in the process that is tawhid. Process of emancipation is when human characteristic of

thinking for himself and taking his own decision and that will make their see the thruth and give

all their heart to Allah. Study the Qur’an first before make any responses.

Islam which comes to an unemancipated people who possess no consciousness of their

human status and not practice their unique human faculties resemblesgenuine Islam only in

name.

Relationship man and Allah involves universe. With vision of society engaged, Allah will

human to change the world. This is the mision of Muslim. This create a positive attitude towards

the world of nature as man have the resourcess to fulfill the mission and stand by that

commitment. With a number of individuals and they become the ummah. Raising up the ummah

through the process of tawhid and lead to successful performance of its mission.

It is important to man to recognises the good and bad. The study of Muslim ummah under

the leadership of prophet saw will see the reveal crucial role of ijtihad,jihad and ummah. In early

stage, Allah willed of man was generally speaing , confined to the basic moral values, proper

ends to be pursued in life and the norms of a decent life.

Then,they were designed to realise in practice the very rules emphasised in the early

phase. They will recognise very well the important nexus between the specifics and the more

general end towards which they were directed and had a clear understanding of the prioprities,

and the hierarchy in the entire shariah with its value ends as well as specifics commands.

Encompassing of man life’s by the syariah. But it not cover all aspects in human life.it

just cover realting to personal life, cleanliness of body and mind, keeping alive the remembrance

of Allah prayers, and others. Socio-economic and political life of man is deeply influenced by

the advancement of science and technology and the realisation of value in these life.

Ijtihad is study or research (especially on religious matters) and independent reasoning or

opinion. Besides ijtihad, the greatest demand of the mission has always been jihad. Jihad is the

efforts and strunggle in order to achieve good deed thet permitted by Allah.

There are two distinct dimensions of knowledge for muslim to seek. First, the knowledge

of the revealed will of Allah and the second dimension is the knowledge of man.

Muslim in now days is not similar with the first emerged. They have inherited Islam from

their fathers. So, they were never called upon to think for themselves and have hardly the proper

consciousness which is the prerequisite of making the commitment to Allah genuine. They must

be brought into direct intellectual contact with the revealed word of Allah and the personality of

the Prophet saw so that they are able to have a fresh and original commitment to Allah that is

accompanied by a sense of the mission.

Submission to Allah is no longer by the sense of a mission with humanity and the

consciousness of having a role to play is gone. The attention of the religious community is

focused on itself, with little concern for humanity in general. It has become inward looking. It

had shifted from changing the world outside to protecting the inner self from being corrupted by

a bad world and became static as well as unproductive. This is due to lack in tawhid.

To rectify the error and bring these movements to recreate the ummah. First, religious life

should be to change this world by reconstruct it in accordance with the will of Allah. Second,

understood the Qur’an and sunnah. Third, basic moral value. Forth, emphasis in science and

technology. Fifth, free thinking and independent judgment. Six, positive realtioanship with the

universe. Seven, high value to the emancipation and value orientation of all human beings and

political change within Muslim societies. And the last but not least, freedom of thought that

Allah has given to human beings, individual’s right to have his own views.
