After breakfast and checkout, we begin the second day of our drive to Bikaner. We will visit Churu Fort and havelis in Shekhawati to see frescoes.The city of Bikaner is known for the 16th-century Junagarh Fort, a huge complex of ornate buildings and halls. Within the fort, the PrachinaMuseum displays traditional textiles and royal portraits. Nearby, the Karni Mata Temple is home to many rats considered sacred by Hindu devotees.

Today, we visit Longewal, which is a border town in the Thar Desert. It is very close to the border with Pakistan and is most notable as the location of the battle of Longewal during the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971.
