The dressing contains:Olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mustard, chopped fresh mint, garlic.

Prepare the ingredients and place in a mixing bowl.

The dressing ingredients.

1. Put 6 x 15ml spoons of olive oil into a glass jar.

2. Add 2 x 15ml spoons of lemon juice.

3. Add ½ x 5ml spoon of fresh mint.

4. 1 crushed clove of garlic.

5. ½ x 5ml spoon of mustard.

6. Salt and pepper.

7. Make sure the lid is firmly in place and shake well.

8. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.

9. Mix well.

10. Spoon into a serving bowl and decorate with a sprig of mint.
