Task 3.2 I think many teachers have encountered with some kind of disabilities, but unfortunately not all of us are able to identify them and most of us are not capable to make an appropriate work to help them. Although some disabilities are easier to identify, like those that are primarily the result of visual, hearing or motor disabilities, the disorders in one or more of the basic psychological process involving understanding or using language spoken or written are not. I have found some cases involving learning difficulties. These students are somewhat easy to identify, because they show academic skill deficit, as well as difficult social interaction. What makes the problem worse is that many school programs are not designed to help and integrate these students appropriately. There is such a huge need to change our teaching systems, to be able to respond to people with special needs, so we can have the tools to give them the aims to fully function in society.

Task 3.2

I think many teachers have encountered with some kind of disabilities, but unfortunately not all of us are able to identify them and most of us are not capable to make an appropriate work to help them.
