YOU’RE FOOD HOME HEALTH SOURCE
Breakfast is the first meal of the day, the most important, but also the most
neglected in many households. Breakfast foods provide the nutrients and energy
that the body requires. The nutrients are unevenly distributed in food, so breakfast
should be varied.
During the day, it is important to eat fruits and vegetables are some of the
components of a healthy diet and its consumption helps prevent various diseases,
such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity. So it can be said that the
American Heart Association and other international organizations recommend that
our diet includes 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
Furthermore, these products promote proper digestion of other nutrients, increase
intestinal volume, which helps regulate appetite and often involve greater food
safety, both fresh and prepared.
