Google Accounts How do I access my school Google account?
1. Using the internet browser of your choice (Google Chrome is preferred), go to http://www.google.com.
2. Click the “Sign In” button and log-in using temporary credentials:
Email: same as district email Password: 123Password (capital ‘P’)
• *If you’ve already logged in and don’t remember your password or cannot log in with this password, then you will need to have it reset, if you don’t remember it. To do so, submit a tech repair to [email protected].
Google Accounts cont… Upon initial login, staff will be prompted to change their
passwords! Create a strong, but easy to recall password (*Hint: could be the same as district login password).
Staff members now have access to a collaborative, cloud storage drive, document editing software, and other Google products
(*Note: Staff are not given a Gmail account because it would conflict with the district provided Microsoft Exchange – Outlook accounts).

top right of the homepage on YouTube Click on ‘Creator Studio’ This opens your channel on YouTube Can create playlists and save videos to those playlists To create a playlist, go to ‘video manager’ and then
‘playlists’, click ‘new playlists’ to create as many as you would like
Once a playlist is created, any time you watch a video you will have an ‘add to’ option below and you can add to your playlists
