INTERVIEWEE: Good morning! My name is Margarette Smith.
INTERVIEWER: Nice to meet you Miss Smith, I’m Jason... you may take your seat.
INTERVIEWEE: Nice to meet you too, thank you.
INTERVIEWER: Uhmmm... your resume says it all but I want to know something about you that is not stated here.
INTERVIEWEE: Okay, I have been an active member of the Toast Masters Club. We conduct trainings in different institutions to encourage everyone not to fear Public Speaking.
INTERVIEWER: Sounds good. When did you join that particular club?
INTERVIEWEE: I joined the club way back in college. I was really inspired by its members to be very vocal with what I believe in. I learned how to speak my mind in public without stuttering. I have learned that public speaking is truly an art.
INTERVIEWER: Uhuh, that is why you are so determined to get this job as a spokesperson of the company.
INTERVIEWEE: You got it! I want to be an asset in this company. I want to share my skill in the right company. I taunted that it’s already time to put a stake on the ground and find the best company to work in.
INTERVIEWER: Why do you think E-synthesis International is the best company for you to jumpstart your career?
INTERVIEWEE: I have read a lot about E-synthesis International especially on how you dominate the stock market for a number of years now.
INTERVIEWER: Impressive...
INTERVIEWEE: If you want to ask what I truly like about this company? First, the pillars of good leadership that make this company resistant to any obstacles; second, the privileges given to every employee especially the continuous trainings and the support system and lastly, the company’s reputation which is preserved until now.
INTERVIEWER: Great! So, let’s just say you’re considered to be part of this company would you commit to follow every rule and policy stated in your contract?
INTERVIEWEE: If you would let me read the contract and sign it then maybe that’s a yes!
INTERVIEWER: You are indeed witty. Congratulations and welcome to E-synthesis International!
