The Service at 6pm this evening will be in English.

The Prayer Meeting on Wednesday 3rd October is at 7.30pm. The Kirk Ses-sion will meet immediately after the prayer meeting.

The Youth Club will meet in the MacRae Centre on Friday 5th October

from 7-9.30pm. All teens welcome

Safeguarding training Mrs Alison McVie Safeguarding coordinator/trainer

for Uist Presbytery will run a Safeguarding training course in the Macrae

centre (the church hall) next Saturday 6th October for all voluntary

workers in the congregation. The course lasts approximately 2 hours and

will be run from 10 am- 12 noon for volunteers and 1pm-3 pm for the Kirk

Session. It is important that those serving in the congregation with

vulnerable groups eg Crèche, Sunday School, Youth Club and a

representative number from the Session etc try to attend, especially if

initial training is required. Could all those requiring either initial or

refresher training who hope to attend please sign the sheet at the church

door or let Agnes Morrison know so we have an idea of numbers hoping

to attend.

Services next Sunday 7th October: Morning service 11am English This will be a harvest thanksgiving Family Service and a warm welcome is extended to all. The evening service at 6pm will be in Gaelic.
