With over 10 years of experience, I serve couples all over Southern California including Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Inland Empire, San Francisco and San Diego areas. I also lI also love to travel and am available for destination weddings!

When you create a timeline it helps you plan the steps needed to prepare for your

important wedding day shoot. While no two wedding plans are the same, there are basic steps that apply to almost all weddings.

VVisit us to discuss your budget and to browse portfolios of our previous wedding shoots.

Carefully read our contract, anddiscuss any changes you want to make.

All changes should be put in writing for the protection of both parties. Once the contract

is ready, sign it and return it to us with arretainer. This will insure the date of your wedding is saved. The required retainer amount is 50 % of the order amount.

We make an appointment to discuss the spe-cic photographs you want included.

This is especially important for family group shots. We need to know what placement will be made in family photos and when there

are divorced members present.KKnowing this information in advance assists us in preventing uncomfortable situations. Put the specic placement details in writing, so we will know exactly how to proceed.

This is also the time to provide us with a list of special photos that are important to you,

such as wedding gown tting, orbbridesmaid lunch.

TWO - FOUR MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING

Phone us and conrm all the information regard-ing your wedding ceremony, including the time of our arrival and the name of person to meet at the venue. Please notify us of any changes that may have occurred in reference to the family photo lineup to avoid any problems on your wedding day.

Make a quick phone call to the studio to assure you and us that all is going according to plan. Quickly reconrm the time the photographer’s ar-rival at the wedding venue, and the order of the pre-wedding photographs to be taken.

We will take the wedding party photographsaccording to the plans and arrangements we made together with you. In addition to thewedding party, photographs will be taken of family members and extended family.RRemember to notify everyone of the time we have selected for this shoot.

It’s time for us to take the bride and groom images. We will guide you through a numberof poses around the venue, inside and outsidewhenever possible. Any special pose requests you have made will be taken at this time.AAnd the photographing will be completed well in advance of the ceremony.This is an exciting, romantic, and fun photo shoot, and the resulting photographs will bring both smiles and tears as you remember this amazing day.

The day of your wedding we will arrive well before your guests, prepared to capture perfect memories of your special moment in time. We’ll

talk to guests, and take some impromptu images of the pre-ceremony activities prior to the ceremony and reception. Your special day

will be preserved in all its beauty.

Upon a Upon arrival, we will meet with you for pre-ceremony photos, such as best man and

groom preparations, bride with mother, grooms-men toasting, hugs between the bride and

ower girl, and any special moment in between.

Is there a session fee in addition to the cost of the photographs?

All my wedding collections include an engagement session, coverage of your wedding day, and digital les with print release.

When is payment due?

There is a 50% retainer due when you sign your contract, the rest is due a week before your wedding.

DDo you provide hair and makeup services?

I have a list of prefered vendors that I will be happy to send to you!

What clothing should we wear for our engagement session?

Wear something that matches the style of your home so if you choose to print canvases, you can match the theme you already have. Also, be sure to compliment one another. Let your individuality shine! I can send over exam-ples per your request.

What type of accessories will compliment my portraits?

Depending on the weather: scarves, hats, sweaters, belts, and jewelry can accessorize and change your look. Incorporating a personal item can also showcase your personality.

When will I get to see my wedding photos?

Two weeks after your wedding day. We will schedule a day for you to come and view your images at my studio or for a time to do an online viewing.

DDo you offer Albums?

I do. I have a fantastic lab that offers various options whether you like linen, leather or a photo cover.
