Dear Mom and Dad,

I know we have talked about having a pet and you don’t want me

to have one. But I saw a cute little seal at the beach! I have to keep it! If

I give it to a zoo it will get shots and stuff! Your sweet daughter has been

learning stuff like how to keep her room clean!

A seal can be useful! It has amazing soft fur to cuddle if you are

ever cold. The glorious seal will live in our bathtub! We will never be

lonely in the bathroom!

My friends` mother is a marine biologist; she says that seals eat

fish, and, seafood stuff. I know that dad hates fish. With the seal that

will not be a problem. Also you know how I am always at school and

daddy works late? Mama is always lonely; the seal can keep her

company. That’s why you should give your responsible daughter who is

now grown up, a pet seal!

P.S. The seal can stand on its flippers I think it can be my roommate in

college

P.P.S. but 1st it has to go to pre-school and I am sure it will learn to talk in no

time at all!
