Technical Officer, Computing Technology Handled the build-up and maintained the department’s website applications, and pioneered the integration of Business Intelligence (BI) using data available in the Tax Revenue office to facilitate regular reporting requirements. With the use of BI and related technologies, the department was able to capture and analyze the tax payers’ demographics and payment behavior under the supervision of the Large Tax Administration Bureau. This resulted to improved collaborative efforts among officers in the bureau and optimized office productivity and customer (taxpayer) service. Website Administrator and Online Marketer (Volunteer) Overall responsibility in building up the website for this non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) and developed/maintained its online marketing activities. The website mainly utilizes tools and technologies currently available on search engine optimization (SEO) to effectively deploy online marketing and advertising plans or strategies in optimizing website traffic and brand (name-recall) recognition.
