Step 1 : Open the Systemo Enter the Address

o Enter Login name, Password & Security code

o Press the Submit Button

Click on the ‘REGISTER RESOURCE’ Link

Drop down list to select the Required and Available fields

o Bijapur, Dharwad, Or ALLo Enter Taluk for the Select District

o Hubli, Koppa, Or ALLo Enter Village for the Selected Taluko Enter Department

o For Instance : Agriculture, Education, Healtho Enter the kind of Form required for the

Selected Departmento For Instance: Incase of Health( Building,

Vehicle, Drugs)


Step 3 : Fill in the Details for the Resource

Press Submit Button


Step 4 : Fill In the Form


Step 4 : Fill In the Formo Some important details like

o For instance : Vehicle Make(Maruti Omni), Registration No.(KA-12 5768)

o Condition of Vehicle(Average), Fuel Tank Capacity(1000CC)

o Main Contact Person, Driver

o ICU Available (No), Emergency Oxygen Supply(Yes)

o No.of Stretchers(1), Drug List Available(No)


Step 4 : Fill In the Form

Press Submit Button after the Information is filled
