How we work After fully understanding a company’s needs, strategy and structure, we will make the recruitment process easy for our clients - after identifying and personally interviewing suitable applicants, we present a range of relevant candidates who will meet your brief.
Our payment is based upon a commission of the !rst year’s salary. Included within our fee is an advert on our sister website, The PIE Jobs, which has high visibility among a global audience of Professionals in International Education.

Amy Baker Director Has worked in the international education industry for 16 years, originally as an Editor before setting up The PIE in 2011.
Lucy Makins Recruitment Manager Spent 6 years in the sector and left her role as Group Marketing Manager at St Giles International (and had children) before joining The PIE.
