Talathi Login and Select Village
Click on ‘Navin Ferfar’
Select mutation type ‘Wadivibhajan’
Click on’Ferfarachi mahiti bhra’
Click ‘Wadivibhajan Purv tayari’ –Here we check data in village if all checks OK then we enable other
buttons and allow to take mutation.
Click on ‘Survey Kramank Nivda’
There are two options for selecting survey no’s 1) Sarv survey kramank-it displays all survey no in village for selection. 2) Serially- Here you can enter minimum and maximum survey no. So that only surveyno that are
between minimum and maximum survey no will be displayed for selection.
After selecting survey no’s click on ‘Navin gavat janare survey kramank sathva’
Repeat this process until all survey no (survey no moving to new village) are selected.
After selection all survey no click on ‘Nivadlele sarv survey kramank sathva’
Click on’ Nivadlele survey kramank paha’-Here we are showing status of the survey no selected for
moving new village and survey no selected for change. (Red –survey no selected for change but no
changed, Green- survey no selected for change and survey is chnaged)
To change survey no click on ‘Survey Kramank Badalne’
To change survey no which are moving to new village click on ‘Navin gavat janare survey kramank
badla’.
To change survey no in existing village click on ‘Junya gavatil survey kramank badla’.
Enter new survey no’s for respective old survey no’s
Click on ‘Nivadlele survey kramank paha’ If all rows in this table are green only then ‘Navin gav nivda’
button will be enabled.
Select new village for wadivibhajan.
Click on’Vyavharachya Tapshila sambandhit mahiti bhra’.
Click on ‘Sathva ’button.
Click on ‘vyvharacha tapshil’ button.
Check vyavharacha tapshil and click on ‘satva’ button
Click on ‘Kam samplyachi ghoshna v ferfar sathavne’
Select name for issuing notice.
Check notice.
Enter dates for notice.
Enter objection remark.
Circle Login
Click on ‘Purvavlokan’-‘Purvavlokan shera’
Click on ‘padtalni suchi’
Click on ‘Ferfar Pramanit Krne’-
Check 7/12 in old village and in new village.
