Q Introducción

Familiarícese con el funcionamiento del dispositivo antes de ponerlo en marcha e infórmese sobre cómo trabajar adecua-

damente con herramientas eléctricas. Para ello, lea las siguientes instrucciones de uso. Guarde estas instrucciones en un lugar seguro. En caso de trans-ferir el aparato a terceros entrégueles también toda la documentación.

Q Utilización correcta

El aparato se destina a la perforación de percusión en ladrillo, cemento y piedra, así como para la

perforación en madera, metal, cerámica y plástico. A través de la rotación hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha, el aparato también es apropiado para atornillar. Cualquier otra utilización o alteración del aparato se considera indebida y envuelve peligros significativos de accidente. El fabricante no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los daños resultantes de su utilización indebida.El aparato no ha sido diseñado para uso industrial.

Indicaciones generales de seguridad para herramien-tas eléctricas

¡ADVErTEncIA! ¡Lea las advertencias e indicaciones de seguridad! El incumplimiento de las advertencias e indicaciones de seguridad puede provocar descargas eléctricas, incendios y / o lesiones graves.

1. Seguridad en el lugar de trabajo

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado. El desorden y los lugares de trabajo mal iluminados pueden provocar accidentes.

b) no utilice el aparato en áreas potencialmente explo-sivas en las que haya líqui

dos, gases o polvos inflamables. Las herramientas eléctricas producen chispas que podrían encender el polvo o los vapores.

2. Seguridad eléctrica

Evite el peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica:

a) El enchufe debe ser el adecuado para la toma de corriente. no se debe modificar de ningún modo el enchufe del aparato. no utilice nunca adaptadores con los aparatos que están provistos de derivación a tierra. Los conectores sin modificar y las tomas ade-cuadas reducen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

b) Evite el contacto físico con superficies conectadas a tierra, como tubos me-tálicos, radiadores, cocinas o frigorí-ficos. Existe un riesgo muy elevado de des-carga eléctrica si su cuerpo deriva a tierra.

c) Mantenga el aparato protegido de la lluvia y la humedad. Si penetra agua en un aparato eléctrico

aumenta el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. d) no utilice el cable para otros

fines, como para transportar o colgar el aparato o para

tirar de la clavija de red al desenchu-farlo. Mantenga el cable al resguar-do del calor, del aceite, de los bordes afilados o de las piezas móviles del aparato. Los cables dañados o retorcidos aumentan el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

e) Al trabajar con herramientas eléctricas al aire libre, utilice sólo cables de ex-tensión que también estén autorizados para su uso en exteriores. El uso de una extensión adecuada para su empleo en exterio-res disminuye el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

f) Si es inevitable usar esta herramienta eléctrica en un entorno húmedo, utili-ce un interruptor de corriente de de-fecto. El uso de un interruptor de corriente de defecto reduce el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

3. Seguridad de las personas

a) Sea cuidadoso en todo momento, preste atención a lo que hace y pro-ceda con prudencia al trabajar con una herramienta eléctrica. no utilice el aparato si está cansado o si se en-cuentra bajo el efecto de drogas, al-cohol o medicamentos. Un simple mo-mento de descuido durante el uso del aparato podría causar lesiones graves.

b) Lleve equipo de protección individual y siempre unas gafas de protección. Si lleva

equipo de protección personal, como mascari-lla antipolvo, zapatos de seguridad antidesli-zantes, casco de seguridad o protección auditiva,

en función del tipo y la utilización de la herra-mienta eléctrica, reducirá el riesgo de daños.

c) Evite una conexión accidental del apa-rato. Asegúrese de que la herramienta eléctrica esté desconectada antes de conectarla al suministro eléctrico, antes de sostenerla o moverla. Si al mover el aparato ha puesto el dedo sobre el interruptor de ConEXIÓn / DESConEXIÓn o si ha conectado el aparato, podrían produ-cirse accidentes.

d) Extraiga las herramientas de ajuste o llaves antes de encender el aparato. Cualquier herramienta o llave que se encuentre en una pieza giratoria del aparato puede provocar lesiones.

f) Utilice ropa adecuada. no use joyas ni ropas flojas. Mantenga su cabello, ropa y guantes alejados de las par-tes móviles. La ropa floja, las joyas o el pelo largo pueden engancharse en las piezas móviles.

4. Manejo y uso cuidadoso de las herramientas eléctricas

a) no sobrecargue el aparato. Emplee en su trabajo la herramienta eléctrica adecuada para el mismo. Si usa la herramienta adecuada dentro de la potencia indicada trabajará mejor y de forma más segura.

b) no utilice una herramienta eléctrica cuyo interruptor tenga algún defecto. Una herramienta eléctrica que no se puede encender o apagar es un peligro y debe repararse.

c) retire la clavija del enchufe antes de realizar ajustes en el aparato, cambi-ar accesorios o depositar el aparato sobre una superficie. Esta medida de

precaución evita que se ponga en marcha el aparato por accidente.

d) conserve las herramientas eléctricas que no use fuera del alcance de los niños. no permita utilizar el aparato a personas que no estén familiariza-das con él o que no hayan leído estas indicaciones. Las herramientas eléctricas son peligrosas si las usan personas sin experiencia.

e) cuide el aparato. compruebe que las piezas móviles funcionen correcta-mente y no se atasquen, y que no haya piezas rotas o tan dañadas que perjudiquen al funcionamiento del aparato. Haga reparar las piezas dañadas antes de usar el equipo. La causa de muchos accidentes es el uso de he

rramientas eléctricas que no han recibido el mantenimiento adecuado.

f) Mantenga las herramientas de corte afiladas y limpias. Las herramientas de corte con filos cortantes conservadas cuidado-samente se enganchan menos y son más fáciles de manejar.

g) Utilice la herramienta eléctrica, los accesorios, las herramientas adicio-nales, etc. de acuerdo con estas indi-caciones y del modo que se describe para este tipo de aparato en concreto. Tenga en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo y la actividad que se va a realizar. El uso de herramientas eléctricas para fines diferentes de los previstos puede provocar situaciones peligrosas.

J no trabaje materiales humedecidos ni superficies húmedas.

J Sujete siempre el aparato con firmeza y con ambas manos mientras trabaja.

J Desconecte el aparato inmediatamente si la pieza de inserción se atasca. Esté preparado para fuerzas de reacción altas que causan un retroceso del aparato.

J El aparato debe mantenerse siempre limpio, seco y libre de aceite o grasas lubricantes.

Q ¡Atención conductos eléctricos!

m ¡PELIGrO! Tenga cuidado de no trope-zar con conductos de agua, gas o corriente cuando esté trabajando con una herramien-ta eléctrica. En caso de ser necesario realice una comprobación con un buscador de línea antes de perforar o hacer aberturas en la pared.

Emplee exclusivamente los accesorios indicados en el manual de instrucciones. El uso de herramientas adicionales o accesorios di-ferentes a aquellos recomendados en el manual de instrucciones puede suponer un riesgo de lesiones para usted.

Q ¿Entendido?

Q Abrir el portabrocas

nota: Información de las direcciones de giro en la postura de trabajo / „el portabrocas no está dirigido hacia usted“. Su máquina taladradora de dos velocidades tiene un bloqueo de husillo totalmente automático y está equipado con un portabrocas con un manguito „Made in Germany“ de .

El portabrocas de pinzado rápido 8 permite cambiar las herramientas rápidamente sin medios auxiliares adicionales.Con el motor parado se bloqueará el grupo motriz, de tal forma que el protabrocas de pinzado rápido 8 se pueda abrir girando .

Q Tensar el protabrocas

Q Puesta en marcha

Apagar funcionamiento continuo: j Suelte el interruptor de EnCEnDIDo /

APAGADo 2 y suéltelo.

Q regular progresivamente la rotación

El interruptor de EnCEnDIDo / APAGADo 2 dispone de un ajuste variable de la velocidad.

j Pulsando el interruptor de EnCEnDIDo / APAGADo 2 aumentará el número de revo-luciones.

Q Preseleccionar la rotación

Con la rueda de ajuste de preselección de la rota-ción 4 podrá preseleccionar el número de revolu-ciones en varios niveles (A-F).

j La rotación apropiada depende del material con el que pretende trabajar. Recomendamos que la compruebe a través de pruebas prácticas.

Sugerencia: Estas dos reglas fundamentales rela-cionadas con las rotaciones, le ayudaran siempre:1. diámetro de perforación elevado = rotación

baja y respectivamente diámetro de perforación = rotación elevada

2. material duro = rotación baja

¡PrEcAUcIÓn! Cambiar el selector de veloci-dades 6 sólo con el aparato parado.

j Seleccione con el selector de marchas 6 :

1 = tipo de rotación bajo2 = tipo de rotación elevado

Q regular perforación / perforación de percusión

Advertencia: Cambie el cambiador 1 taladro / taladro de percusión sólo con el aparato apagado.

Perforación: j Desplace el cambiador 1 hacia la derecha a

Q Introduzione

Prima della messa in servizio dell’appa-recchio prendere dimestichezza con le sue funzioni e informarsi sul corretto

utilizzo degli utensili elettrici. Al riguardo leggere le seguenti istruzioni per l’uso, da conservare con cura. L’apparecchio deve essere accompagnato dalla documentazione completa anche in caso di cessio-ne a terzi.

Q Utilizzo corretto

L’apparecchio è destinato alla foratura a percussione di tegole, calcestruzzo e pietra, come alla foratura

di legno, metallo, ceramica e plastica. L’apparecchio è adatto anche per lo sviamento / avvitamento gra-zie alla rotazione destrorsa e sinistrorsa. ogni altro utilizzo oppure modifica dell’apparecchio non è corrispondente al uso corretto e comporta gravi pericoli di incidenti. Il produttore non risponde per danni causati dall’uso improprio dell’apparecchio.Questo apparecchio non è destinato al uso profes-sionale.

Istruzioni di sicurezza ge-nerali per utensili elettrici

ATTEnzIOnE! Leggere tutte le indicazioni e gli avvisi di sicurezza! Eventuali mancanze nell’osservanza delle indicazio-ni e degli avvisi di sicurezza possono provocare una scossa elettrica, un incendio e / o gravi lesioni.

ConSERVARE TUTTE LE InDICAZIonI E GLI AVVISI DI SICUREZZA PER EVEnTUALI nECESSITA’ FUTURE!

1. Sicurezza dell’area di lavoro

a) Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita e ben illuminata. Il disordine ed aree di lavoro poco illuminate possono determinare incidenti.

b) non lavorare con l’apparec-chio in un’atmosfera dove si trovino liquidi infiammabili,

esplosiva, gas e polveri. Gli utensili elettrici generano scintille che possono infiammare la polvere o i gas.

c) Durante l’utilizzo del dispo-sitivo elettrico tenere lontani bambini e persone estranee.

In caso di distrazione potreste perdere il con-trollo dell’apparecchio.

2. Sicurezza elettrica

Evitare il pericolo di morte a seguito di scossa elettrica:

a) La spina di connessione dell’apparec-chio deve essere adatta alla presa elet-trica nella quale essa viene inserita. In nessun caso l’adattatore deve essere modificato. non utilizzare spine con apparecchi messi a terra. Spine non modificate e prese adatte riducono il rischio di una scossa elettrica.

b) Evitare il contatto del corpo con superfici messe a terra, quali ad esempio quelle

di tubi, caloriferi, cucine economiche e frigoriferi. Sussiste un elevato rischio di scossa elettrica, qualora il Vostro corpo fosse messo a terra.

c) Mantenere l’apparecchio lontano da pioggia o umidità. La penetrazione di acqua in un

apparecchio elettrico accresce il rischio di scossa elettrica.

d) non utilizzare il cavo in modo non conforme, cioè per tirare l’apparecchio, per appenderlo

o per estrarre la spina dalla presa elet-trica. Tenere il cavo lontano da calore, olio, spigoli acuti o di parti in movimento dell’apparecchio. Cavi danneggiati o attor-cigliati accrescono il rischio di scossa elettrica.

e) In caso di lavori all’aperto utilizzare solamente prolunghe ammesse anche per un loro utilizzo all‘aperto. L’utilizzo di una tale prolunga riduce il rischio di scossa elettrica.

f) Qualora non si possa evitare l‘eserci-zio dell’elettroutensile in un ambiente umido, fare uso di un interruttore differenziale, circostanza che riduce il rischio di una scossa elettrica.

3. Sicurezza delle persone

a) Fare sempre estrema attenzione a ciò che si fa e accostarsi al lavoro con il dispositivo elettrico sempre in modo cosciente. non utilizzare l’apparec-chio quando si è stanchi o sotto l’in-flusso di droghe, alcol o medicinali. Un solo attimo di disattenzione nell’utilizzo dell’apparecchio può provocare serie lesioni.

b) Indossare sempre l’equipag-giamento di protezione per-sonale e gli occhiali protettivi.

Indossando l’equipaggiamento di protezione personale, quale una mascherina antipolvere, scarpe di sicurezza antisdrucciolevoli, un ca-sco di protezione o una protezione auricolare, a seconda del tipo e dell’utilizzo dell’apparec-chiatura elettrica, riduce il rischio di lesioni.

c) Evitare qualsiasi avvio involontario dell’utensile. Assicurarsi che l’utensile sia disinserito prima di collegarlo alla rete di alimentazione elettrica, di sollevarlo o di trasportarlo. Se durante il trasporto dell’apparecchio il dito dell’utilizzatore si trova sull’interruttore on / oFF oppure l’apparecchio è inserito, possono determinarsi incidenti.

d) Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, rimuovere il dispositivo di regolazione o la chiave per dadi. Un utensile o una chiave che si trovi in una parte di apparecchio in rotazione può provocare lesioni.

e) Mantenere una postura del corpo normale. Assicurarsi di avere un sostegno sicuro e mantenere sempre l’equilibrio. In questo modo è possibile controllare meglio l’apparecchio, in modo particolare in caso di situazioni impreviste.

f) Indossare un abbigliamento appro-priato. non indossare un abbiglia-mento largo o bigiotteria. Mantenere capelli, abbigliamento e guanti lon-tano da parti in movimento. Abbiglia-mento sciolto, gioielli o capelli lunghi possono essere trascinati da parti in movimento.

4. Utilizzo attento di dispositivi elettrici

a) non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Per un determinato lavoro utilizzare sem-pre il dispositivo elettrico a ciò appro-priato. Con il dispositivo elettrico appropriato si lavora meglio e con maggiore sicurezza nello specifico ambito di utilizzo.

b) non utilizzare dispositivi elettrici il cui interruttore sia difettoso. Un dispositivo elettrico che non si può più accendere e spegnere rappresenta un pericolo, e deve essere riparato.

c) Estrarre la spina dalla presa elettrica prima di eseguire regolazioni all‘apparecchio, sostituire accessori o riporre l‘apparecchio. Queste misure di prudenza impediscono l’avvio involontario dell’apparecchio.

d) Mantenere dispositivi elettrici non uti-lizzati fuori dalla portata di bambini. non fare utilizzare l’apparecchio da persone che non lo conoscano o del quale non abbiano letto le istruzioni d’uso. I dispositivi elettrici sono pericolosi se utilizzati da persone inesperte.

e) Avere cura dell’apparecchio. control-lare se parti mobili dell’apparecchio funzionano perfettamente e non si bloccano, se parti di esso sono rotte o danneggiate, che la funzionalità dell’apparecchio non sia messa a rischio. Fare riparare le parti danneg-giate prima di utilizzare di nuovo l’ap-parecchio. Molti incidenti sono provocati dal fatto che i dispositivi elettrici non vengono sottoposti ad una corretta manutenzione.

f) Mantenere gli utensili di taglio affilati e puliti. Utensili di taglio curati con attenzione e fornitidi bordi taglienti si incastrano meno frequentemente e sono semplici da guidare durante il lavoro.

g) Utilizzare dispositivi elettrici, acces-sori, i dispositivi da inserire ecc, in conformità alle presenti istruzioni e nel modo descritto per questo parti-colare tipologia di apparecchio. In questo senso, tenere presente le condizioni di lavoro e l’attività da eseguire. L’utilizzo di dispositivi elettrici per scopi diversi da quelli previsti può provocare situazioni di pericolo.

Indicazioni di sicurezza per trapani battenti

J Utilizzare l‘impugnatura aggiuntiva fornita con l‘apparecchio. La perdita di controllo della macchina può provocare lesioni.

J Durante l‘utilizzo dell‘apparecchio indossare un idoneo dispositivo di protezione auricolare. Il rumore può

provocare danni all‘udito.J Bloccare il pezzo da lavorare. Utilizzare dispo-

sitivi di bloccaggio / una morsa a vite per fissare il pezzo.

J In caso di pericolo estrarre immediatamente la spina dalla presa di rete.

J Condurre sempre il cavo di alimentazione da dietro l‘apparecchio.

J Assicurarsi che durante l‘esercizio le aperture di ventilazione non siano coperte. non introdur-re alcun oggetto nelle aperture di ventilazione.

J PErIcOLO DI IncEnDIO A cAUSA DI ScInTILLE! La lavora-zione di pezzi in metallo provoca la

formazione di scintille. Fare attenzione a che nessuna persona si trovi in situazioni di pericolo e che nessun materiale infiammabile si trovi nei pressi dell‘area di lavoro.ATTEnzIOnE! POLVErI VELEnOSE!

La lavorazione di polveri dannose / velenose rappresenta un pericolo per la salute degli operatori e delle persone che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Indossare occhiali protettivi e una mascherina antipolvere!

J Evitare di trapanare colori contenenti piombo o altri materiali dannosi per la salute.

J non lavorare materiale contenente asbesto, in quanto l‘asbesto è ritenuto cancerogeno.

J non lavorare materiali inumiditi o superfici umide.

J Durante la lavorazione tenere l‘apparecchio ben fermo con entrambe le mani.

J Disinserire immediatamente l‘apparecchio elett-rico qualora l‘inserto si blocchi. L‘utilizzatore deve essere pronto all‘eventualità di coppie direazione che provocano contraccolpi.

J L‘apparecchio deve essere sempre pulito, asci-utto e privo di tracce di olio e di grasso.

Q Fare attenzione alle condutture!

m PErIcOLO! Quando si lavora con un apparecchio elettrico, assicurarsi di non entrare in contatto con condutture elett-riche, idriche o del gas. Eventualmente, verifi-carne la presenza con un dispositivo di rilevazione di condutture prima di eseguire forature o spaccature nella parete.

Utilizzare solamente accessori e disposi-tivi ausiliari indicati nelle istruzioni d’uso. L’utilizzo di dispositivi ausiliari diversi da quelli suggeriti nelle istruzioni d’uso o altri accessori può rappresentare un pericolo di lesione per l’utilizzatore.

Per ragioni di sicurezza, questo apparecchio deve essere usato solamente con la maniglia aggiuntiva 7 montata correttamente.

j Inserire l‘impugnatura aggiuntiva 7 sul collo del mandrino e portarlo nella posizione desi-derata. Stringere fino in fondo l’impugnatura supplementare 7 .

Il mandrino portapunta a serraggio veloce 8 per-mette un veloce cambio dell’utensile senza ulteriori strumenti.In caso di fermo del motore, viene bloccata la catena cinematica, così che il mandrino portapunta a ser-raggio veloce 8 può essere aperto ruotando .

Q Serraggio del mandrino portapunta

E‘ possibile lavorare dopo avere inserito l’utensile desiderato ed averlo bloccato ruotando il mandrino portapunta a serraggio veloce 8 . Il bloccaggio del mandrino si sblocca automaticamente con l’avvio del motore.

Q Messa in funzione

La tensione della corrente deve corrispondere alle indicazioni sulla targhetta dell’apaprecchio. Appa-recchi contrassegnati con 230 V possono essereu-sati anche a 220 V.

Q Accensione e spegnimento

Utilizzando il trapano battente è possibile scegliere tra esercizio momentaneo e continuo. E’ possibile regolare il funzionamento dell’apparecchio nel modo di seguito descritto:

Accensione esercizio ad impulsi:j Premere l’interruttore on / oFF 2 .

Esercizio ad impulsi spegnimento:j Rilasciare l’interruttore on / oFF 2 .

Accensione esercizio continuo:j Premere l’interruttore on / oFF 2 , tenerlo

premuto e premere il interruttore di blocco 3 .

Spegnimento esercizio continuo:j Premere l’interruttore on / oFF 2 e rilasciarlo.

Q regolazione continua del numero di giri

L‘interruttore di on / oFF 2 dispone di una rego-lazione variabile della velocità.

j Premendo l‘interruttore di on / oFF 2 si aumenta la velocità.

Q Selezione del numero di giri

operando sulla rotella di regolazione 4 è possi-bile preselezionare il numero di giri in base alle tacche (A-F) .

j Il numero di giri adatto dipende dal materiale da forare. Vi consigliamo, di eseguire die test pratici.

Tipp: Queste due regole di base in riferimento ai numeri di giri sono sempre di aiuto:1. Grande diametro del foro = numero di giri bas-

so e diametro piccolo del foro = numero di giri più alto

2. Materiale duro = numero di giri basso

ATTEnzIOnE! Spostare l’interruttore della dire-zione di rotazione 5 solo quando l’apparecchio è fermo.

Q Manutenzione e Pulizia

Please make sure you familiarise yourself fully with the way the device works before you use it for the first time and that you

understand how to handle electrical power tools correctly. To help you do this please read the accom-panying operating instructions. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the device on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation.

Q Proper use

The tool is intended for Impact drilling into brick, concrete and stone as well as drilling into wood, metal, ceramics and plastic. The clockwise/counter

clockwise rotation direction switch also allows the device to be used as a driver. Any other use or modification to the device shall be considered as improper use and could give rise to considerable risk of accident. The manufacturer will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from improper use. The device is not intended for commercial use.

Figures A – E show the various possible applications and uses.The tools and materials shown in the example applications are not included with the product.

1. Workplace safety

a) Keep your working area clean and well lit. Untidy or poorly lit working areas can lead to accidents.

b) Do not work with the device in potentially explosive en-vironments in which there

are inflammable liquids, gases or dusts. Electrical power tools create sparks, which can ignite dusts or fumes.

c) Keep children and other people away while you are operating the electrical tool.

Distractions can cause you to lose control of the device.

2. Electrical safety

To avoid danger to life from electric shock:

a) The mains plug on the device must match the mains socket. The plug must not be modified in any way. Do not use an adapter plug with devices fitted with a protective earth. Unmodified plugs and matching sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid touching earthed surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ovens and refrig-erators with any part of your body. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed.

3. Personal safety

a) remain alert at all times, watch what you are doing and always proceed with caution. Do not use the device if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. one moment of carelessness when using the device can lead to serious injury.

b) Wear personal protective equipment and always wear safety glasses. The wearing of

personal protective equipment such as dust masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety helmets or ear protectors, appropriate to the type of elec-trical power tool used and work undertaken, reduces the risk of injury.

c) Avoid unintentional operation of the device. check that the electrical pow-er tool is switched off before you connect it to the mains, pick it up or

d) remove any setting tools or spanners before you switch the device on. A tool or spanner left attached to a rotating part of a device can lead to injury.

e) Avoid placing your body in an unnat-ural position. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. By doing this you will be in a better position to control the device in unforeseen circumstances.

f) Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves clear of mov-ing parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can become trapped in moving parts.

4. careful handling and use of electrical power tools

a) Do not overload the device. Always use an electrical power tool that is intended for the task you are under-taking. By using the right electrical power tool for the job you will work more safely and achieve a better result.

Q Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Das Gerät ist zum Schlagbohren in Ziegel, Beton und Gestein sowie zum Bohren in Holz, Metall, Keramik und Kunststoff geeignet. Durch den Links- /Rechtslauf eignet sich das Gerät auch zum Schrauben.

1. Arbeitsplatz-Sicherheit

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet. Unordnung und unbe-leuchtete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.

b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich brenn-

bare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.

c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Benut-zung des Elektrowerkzeugs

fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren.

2. Elektrische Sicherheit

Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag:

a) Der Anschlussstecker des Gerätes muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker darf in keiner Weise verän-dert werden. Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker gemeinsam mit schutzgeerdeten Geräten. Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten Oberflächen, wie von rohren, Heizungen, Herden und Kühl-schränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.

c) Halten Sie das Gerät von regen oder nässe fern. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektro-

gerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

d) zweckentfremden Sie das Kabel nicht, um das Gerät zu tragen, aufzuhängen oder

3. Sicherheit von Personen

c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schalter in der „AUS“-Position ist, bevor Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken. Wenn Sie beim Tragen des Gerätes den Finger am Schalter haben oder das Gerät bereits eingeschaltet an die Stromversorgung anschließen, kann dies zu Unfällen führen.

a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Ver-wenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das dafür bestimmte Elektrowerkzeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerkzeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.

b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektro-werkzeug, das sich nicht mehr ein- oder aus-schalten lässt, ist gefährlich und muss repariert werden.

c) ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steck-dose bevor Sie Geräteeinstellungen vornehmen, zubehörteile wechseln oder das Gerät weglegen. Diese Vorsichts-maßnahme verhindert den unbeabsichtigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.

d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektro-werkzeuge außerhalb der reichweite von Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Personen das Gerät nicht benutzen, die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind oder diese Anweisungen nicht gelesen haben. Elektrowerkzeuge sind gefährlich, wenn sie von unerfahrenen Personen benutzt werden.

e) Pflegen Sie das Gerät mit Sorgfalt. Kontrollieren Sie, ob bewegliche Ge-räteteile einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, ob Teile gebrochen oder so beschädigt sind, dass die Funktion des Gerätes beeinträchtigt ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte Teile vor dem Einsatz des Gerätes reparieren. Viele Unfälle haben ihre Ursache in schlecht gewarteten Elektrowerkzeugen.

f) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber. Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneid-werkzeuge mit scharfen Schneidkanten verklem-men sich weniger und sind leichter zu führen.

g) Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, zubehör, Einsatzwerkzeuge usw. entsprechend diesen Anweisungen und so, wie es für diesen speziellen Gerätetyp vorgeschrieben ist. Berück-sichtigen Sie dabei die Arbeitsbedingun-gen und die auszuführende Tätigkeit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen kann zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.

J Benutzen Sie den mit dem Gerät gelie-ferten zusatz-Handgriff. Der Verlust der Kontrolle über die Maschine kann zu Verletzungen führen.

Q Bohrfutter öffnen

Hinweis: Angabe der Drehrichtungen in Arbeits-haltung / „Bohrfutter zeigt von Ihnen weg“. Ihre 2-Gang-Schlagbohrmaschine hat eine vollauto-matische Spindelarretierung und ist mit einem einhülsigen Bohrfutter „Made in Germany“ von

ausgestattet.

Das Schnellspannbohrfutter 8 ermöglicht Ihnen einen schnellen Werkzeugwechsel ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel.Beim Stillstand des Motors wird der Antriebsstrang verriegelt, so dass Sie das Schnellspannbohrfutter 8 durch Drehen öffnen können.

Q Bohrfutter spannen

nachdem Sie das gewünschte Werkzeug eingesetzt und durch Drehen des Schnellspannbohrfutters 8

festgespannt haben, können Sie arbeiten. Die Spindelarretierung löst sich automatisch mit Starten des Motors.

Q Inbetriebnahme

Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen. Mit 230 V gekennzeichnete Geräte können auch mit 220 V betrieben werden.

Q Ein- und ausschalten

Sie können beim Betrieb der Schlagbohrmaschine zwischen Moment- und Dauerbetrieb auswählen. Benutzen Sie für kürzere Arbeiten den Momentbe-trieb und für lang andauernde Arbeiten den Dauer-betrieb. Die Bedienung Ihrer gewünschten Einstellung funktioniert wie folgt:

Momentbetrieb einschalten: j Drücken Sie den EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 .

Momentbetrieb ausschalten: j Lassen Sie den EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 los.

Dauerbetrieb einschalten: j Drücken Sie den EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 , halten

ihn gedrückt und drücken Sie den Arretierungs-schalter 3 .

Dauerbetrieb ausschalten:j Drücken Sie den EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 und

lassen ihn los.

Q Drehzahl stufenlos regulieren

Der EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 verfügt über eine varia-ble Geschwindigkeitsregelung.

j Durch Drücken des EIn / AUS - Schalter 2 erhöhen Sie die Drehzahl.

Q Drehzahl vorwählen

Mit dem Stellrad zur Drehzahlvorwahl 4 können Sie die Drehzahl in Raststufen (A-F) vorwählen.

j Welche Drehzahl die geeignete ist, hängt vom zu bearbeitenden Werkstoff ab. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sie durch praktische Tests zu ermitteln.

Tipp: Diese beiden Grundregeln zu Drehzahlen helfen Ihnen jedoch immer:1. großer Bohrdurchmesser = niedrigere Drehzahl

und entsprechend kleiner Bohrdurchmesser = höhere Drehzahl

2. harter Werkstoff = niedrigere Drehzahl
