F isher’s Global Innovation & Execution Program being offered in Summer 2010 is a unique opportunity for integrated teams of MBA and undergraduate students, managed by Fisher faculty and staff, to partner with local and global companies – applying concepts and skills learned in the classroom to solve business challenges. The program originated in 2009 in Dublin, Ireland and is a collaboration between Fisher’s International Programs Office, Office of Career Management, Center for Entrepreneurship and Center for Business Performance Management. The Model This unique program combines coursework focused on innovation and execution paired with consulting teams with large and emerging companies. The program follows a methodology offered by Fisher Professional Services, a Fisher consultancy delivering fee-based consulting engagements for local and national companies, including Oracle and Google. As part of The Ohio State University, the program has access to Fisher’s expert faculty who draw on a variety of high-impact teaching methods – equipping students to immediately create value for companies by solving today’s business problems. Locations/Programs Next summer, the program expands from Dublin, Ireland to include Hong Kong, China and San Francisco, California.
