TAKII SEED - RECIPE SHEET Broccoli buttered rice Ingredients Method 1/2 broccoli, 20g shrimps, 100g short-necked clams, 1/4 onion, 10g carrot, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 180 ml uncooked rice, 2 tbsp butter, salad oil, parsley, A: 180 cc bouillon, 1 scant tsp salt, pepper 1. Wash the rice and leave to drain 20 minutes before cooking. Mix together A. 2. Divide the broccoli into florets. Devein the shrimps. Wash the short-neck clams well. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Quarter the shiitake mushrooms. 3. Heat the butter and salad oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, carrot and shiitake mushrooms. Add the rice and fry a little longer. Add A, the broccoli, shrimps and short-necked clams. When it comes to the boil, put the lid on and simmer for 15 minutes, checking that the steam is rising. Remove from the heat and leave with the lid on for 10 minutes. 4. Remove the short-necked clams, mix the cooked rice, mashing the broccoli, and transfer to serving dishes. Broccoli buttered rice
