Business Challenges:• Reuse as much of GameStop’s existing conveyor as

possible.

• Keep electrical and controls costs and complexity to a

minimum.

• Get product up and down from the upper pick module

level in a small footprint area.

• Integrate infeed conveyor with a GBI tilt-tray sorter in

very tight areas.

• Schedule conveyor mechanical and electrical installa-

tion in parallel with sorter installation.

• Design and install a new IBC2003 compliant staircase

in limited space, with space for a future third level on

the pick module.
