Young athletes wil l be challenged mentally and physical ly as they are guided through a series of
workouts to build a stronger core, increase f lexibi l ity, and prevent injuries. Division One College
Soccer Star, coach Matt Hazzard wil l lend his vast expertise in strength training, breath control ,
and sports conditioning to ensure athletes are using proper form and achieving their goals.
