Family matterS

“The system of education established in Eden centered in the family. Adam was ‘the son of God’ (Luke 3:38), and it was from their Father that the children of the Highest received instruction. Theirs, in the truest sense, was a family school....The education centering in the family was that which prevailed in the days of the patriarchs. For the schools thus established, God provided the conditions most favorable for the development of character. Prophecy Seminar: tim Roosenberg will be here, February 26-March 9, to teach about end-time prophecies. Introduce your friends and neighbors to the evidence that God’s Word is true and that He has a plan for this world and the salvation of all. Let’s not miss this opportunity; let’s all do our best to be a connecting link for someone who doesn’t know God’s love for them.

Save the Date for VbS: June 27-July 1, 6:00-8:00pm. The theme this year will be “Healing Heart Clinic.” A modified but in-person program is being planned. More details to come. Give a kid some encouragement---let them know VBS is in-person this year, and their family will be invited!

Memorial Planned for May: Susan Anderson’s father-in-law, Roy T. Anderson, Sr., passed away this last week. A memorial will be held at Village church in May. Please keep the family in your prayers.
