on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday August 24, 2020 before the Honorable District Court of Milam County, at the Courthouse in said County in Cameron, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s First Amended Original Petition and Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 194 Request For Disclosures was filed in said court on the 7th day of July 2020 in the above entitled cause. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as fol-lows, to-wit: Plaintiffs’ Ted and Patricia Stevens claim to have acquired title by adverse possession to a tract of real property consist-ing of 71 acres, more or less, located in Milam County which is currently titled in the name of Ada Blair. Ada Blair is believed to be deceased with no living representa-tive of her estate. Plaintiffs’ Ted and Patricia Stevens
also claim to have acquired title by adverse possession to a tract of real prop-erty consisting of 115 acres, more or less, located in Milam County which is currently titled in the name of H. S. Coward. H. S. Coward is believed to be deceased with no living repre-sentative of his estate. Plaintiffs have located one individual who claims to be a purported heir of H. S. Coward. Plaintiffs Ted and Patricia Stevens have enclosed the 71 acre tract and 115 acre tract and have enjoyed exclusive use of the tracts for more than 10 years without an adverse suit to recover posses-sion being filed.as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s First Amended Origi-nal Petition and Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 194 Request For Disclosures on file in this suit.
