‘Spice’ comes from Latin word species, meaning a commodity of value and distinction. During their long and fascinating history, spices have often been

Bombay Brasserie Masterclass

As you are most probably aware, Indian cuisine is characterized by its extensive use of numerous spices; not necessarily to make food fiery hot but rather to flavor, making each dish

distinct and remarkably aromatic. The combinations used magically changes the individual characteristics. Discover all this and more as our Executive Chef Jitin Joshi hosts a special

cookery class focusing on the role of spice in Indian cuisine. You’ll discover that ‘spice’ doesn’t simply mean ‘hot,’ while gaining valuable insights from his renowned expertise. The class will

be followed by brunch including a tasting menu and fine wine pairing.
