Sure, you’re too young to need a cane for support, but have you thought about a cane as a
tool for exercise and self-protection? This class will focus on
whole body exercise using a lightweight cane and on taiji-
based blocking and striking techniques for exercise and self-
defense.
Improve your agility, flexibility and self-confidence.
Taiji experience helpful, but not essential.
Rattan canes will be provided for use in the class and are available for purchase.
When: Thursdays 10-10:45 AM, new students may join at any time.
Where: Qi Elements Center, 464 Herndon Parkway, Suite 215, Herndon, VA 20170
How much: $18 per class or $15 per class with the purchase of a package of five or more.
