The new TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed to meet the needs of trainers and assessors via practical approaches, supported by everyday scenarios. AVELING has incorporated all TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment updates to provide a quality program that effectively responds to all Industry and Training Package requirements.
This program takes advantage of AVELING’s state of the art facilities, outstanding program content and exemplary consultants. Participants will be supported by first class assessment specialists and will attend face-to-face training. The program length will vary depending upon the current experience and qualifications of candidates.

Learning Outcomes
The objectives of the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are to develop skills in:
Design and development of learning programs; Planning assessment activities and processes; Conducting assessments; and Enhancing trainer skills and competencies.
Ten Units of Competency are clustered into four skill sets in the FULL TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. There are three skill sets in the UPGRADE TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Holders of TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment may also opt to undertake additional units to upgrade to the new Units of Competency. All trainers and assessors who hold TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment that deliver and/or assess nationally recognised training for or in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation are required to hold specific units from April 2019. The following programs have been developed to assist trainers and companies to ensure they comply with this new requirement.
