Mindy Rosner Zaziski President & CEO FYI Solutions President and co-founder of FYI Solutions, Mindy is responsible for

developing and implementing long-term business strategies as well as overseeing the firm’s day-to-day performance and operations. Mindy is an active member of the Women’s Presidents Organization and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Boca Raton Resort & Club Card Guests staying on property will receive a personalized card upon check in. This is your charge card around property if you would like to charge items back to your room. It will also act as your “on property” ID as well because this is a private club. You may be asked to produce this card by the resort staff, so it is important to carry this card with you throughout your stay. ATM Locations There is a Bank of America bank machine located in the Cloister Building on the First Floor. Emergency Numbers From your guest room dial “49” for any emergencies. In the conference space, dial “49” from any house phone. Boarding Pass Printing Boarding pass printing is available in the business center located in the Cloister Building on the First Floor. Luggage Storage Luggage can be stored at the Bell Desk located in the Hotel lobby adjacent to the Front Desk.

A TechServe Alliance conference badge is required for admission to the educational sessions and functions associated with your registration package.
