The summer is all about fun! Your child or teen will have the time of their life making art projects unlike any they’ve made or seen before! Each week our creative team of teaching artists guides campers in a new theme, so kids can come back for new experiences throughout the summer! Campers will have the opportunity to create about 10 projects each week, exploring and learning various techniques as they paint, draw, sculpt, and more!

KIDS’ WONDER CAMP (5–12) fosters knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts through hands-on activities, exploring a variety of media. Each week classes conclude with an exhibition of their artistic creations.

TEEN WONDER CAMP (13–15) is geared towards teens looking for fun and challenges. Work on several projects in various media including drawing, ceramics, and digital media. Only students enrolled in a certain class can attend that class, unless they have the permission of the Director of the Studio School to audit that class.Student Behavior: The Art Center reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior. No work created outside of the Art Center’s classes or open studios will be fired at the Art Center. Open Studios: The Art Center offers open studios to our adult members and students during each semester. Open studio subscriptions are only available to current adult students and teen students who have received permission from the Director of the Studio School. Members with verifiable experience in our studios may also use open studios except in Ceramics. You must be enrolled in a class in Ceramics to use the open studios. Unlimited open studio time is available by subscription per semester, meaning you can use every available open studio time slot assigned to your department. Each semester, we will reissue the open studio times as they are dependent upon regularly scheduled classes. Open studios are subject to change or cancellation at the Art Center’s discretion. Please call to confirm there is an open studio before you come.Photographs: The Art Center will occasionally document classes, instructors, teaching demonstrations, and student work using photography and video for promotional purposes only. Please indicate if you would like a photo credit. If you do not wish yourself or your child to be photographed, please notify the Art Center in writing at the beginning of the semester.
