1. Aeroflot 1.1 As Aeroflot faces sales practices of some travel agencies that bring unproductive growth of costs and increased risk for the airline, continuous monitoring of sales by Point

of sale/Point of Origin criteria is introduced.

If in the agent’s sales structure there is a dominant share of O&Ds irrelevant to the region where the agency is located, we will request for detailed clarification on the nature of that traffic and the partners it came from.

The following factors are considered as highly undesirable and sometimes critical:

1. Massive sales of O&Ds Ex-Russia and Ex-China by agencies outside of Russia/China

respectively; 2. Unusually high share of one way tickets, especially with destinations in Russia and

China.

Aeroflot kindly ask you to avoid cooperation with partners/suppliers that generate the

types of traffic described above.

5. China Airlines 5.1 China Airlines request you not to encourage any practice that result in abuse of inventory and misuse of GDS/CRS enabled facilities. You are requested to remove all the

future abusive segments.

Kindly discourage any other practice that is not ethical to the company policy and ensure that all employees across all locations are made familiar with this policy.

Abusive booking will be auto detected by HO and such transactions would be liable for an ADM of INR 5500/- per passenger.

HO may also block the respective PCC if the same is not followed.

The airline requests their trade partners to add local and US/Canada contact numbers in the PNR to enable them with smooth handling of passengers.

6. EL AL Israel 6.1 In recent years, EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. (“EL AL”) has faced many challenges arising, among other things, from the “open skies” policy, which led to increasing competition on

the part of worldwide air carriers and large global alliances, and from rapid changes in consumption habits-as a consequence of the revolution in digital marketing channels.

At the same time, the worldwide trend in the aviation industry of modifying the remuneration model between airlines and travel agents continues.

In light of this, EL AL is obliged to change the structure of its remuneration model for travel agents/wholesalers, which currently includes an upfront commission of 5%.

Accordingly, EL AL hereby notifies you that as of 1st June 2019, EL AL will cease paying an upfront commission for the sale of EL AL’s tickets.

EL AL is giving notice of this change today, in order to allow preparations to be made for its entrance into effect in approximately one year.

At the same time, EL AL will continue to promote its relationships with travel agents and wholesalers.

6.2 EL AL presents a new service: Priority Boarding (PBDG).


The service can be availed by all passengers and at all ELAL destinations. It can be purchased at a special introductory price of $6 per passenger per flight direction.

To order the service, reservations should be updated with **SSR PBDG Confirmation of the service is subject to advance allocation.

The service is subject to quota and available for bookings in all sale channels (except the EL AL website) and subject to EMD issuance.

ELAL Frequent Flyer members with GL/PL/TP status, as well as passengers holding FLEX

tickets, are entitled to the service at no cost (the SSR will be updated on the reservation automatically with the exemption indicator (#); there is no need to book the service).

Advantages of Priority Boarding: Priority boarding benefits will be reflected on the boarding pass) Zone B) and

boarding the aircraft will be accordingly. Passengers board early and reach their seats quickly. Advance boarding will assure passengers a place to store hand luggage close to

their seats.

9.1 Jazeera Airways is pleased to announce an Auto-refund facility for all participating IATA Trade Partners.


Auto-refund is valid for totally unutilized tickets only.

Auto-refund is not permitted against re-issued tickets, downgrading, groups & ad-hoc movements GP/non-GP and unused sector within a fare component.

All entries are subject to BSP specifications, and as mentioned under. J9 documents issued by agents will only be refunded within 12 months from the

date of original issue.

The auto-refund policy is elaborated as below:

Economy Class: Booking should be cancelled 24 hours before flight departure. For any cancellations

within 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.

A fee of 11.000 KD per sector per passenger is applicable. If the fare amount is less than 11.000 KD then no refund will be provided to the

passenger. A passenger is considered as No-Show if he/ she arrive within 1 hour of original

schedule departure. In such cases, the ticket is nonrefundable.

Partial refunds should be done manually by contacting the Airline office.

Business Class (Except Cairo): Booking should be cancelled 03 hours before flight departure, anything within 03

hours no refund will be made available to the passenger. No fee is applicable for Business class passengers (Except Cairo). A passenger is considered a No-show if he /she arrives within 1 hour of the original

scheduled departure. In this case, the ticket is nonrefundable. Partial refund should be done manually with Airline office.

Business Class To/From CAI:

Booking should be cancelled 03 hours before flight departure, anything within 03

hours no refund will be made available to the passenger. A fee of 13.500 KD per sector per passenger is applicable.

A passenger is considered a No-show if he / she arrives within 1 hour of the original scheduled departure. In this case, the ticket is nonrefundable.

Partial refund should be done manually with Airline office.

Consequences of non-compliance to Auto Refund parameters:

Refund Fees-While auto-refunding an E-TKT, Agents are requested to carefully observe the amount of the Refund Fee on the ticketed fare, and must deduct correctly. Failing to deduct Refund penalty or incorrect refund penalty will lead to

an ADM equal to difference in refund fee plus an additional administrative fee of 25% of the actual refund penalty.

Refund of non-refundable tickets or incorrect refund-In case a non-refundable ticket is auto refunded, an ADM will be raised equal to the value of refund plus an administrative fee of KWD 10 will be charged for each ticket number.


Furthermore, the airline would like to reiterate that no disagreement on any ADM arising against non-compliance of auto refund will be entertained, except in cases of technical system errors through GDS.
