Learn to make good use of your resources while skilfully achieving

both your personal and professional goals.

Earn a lot of money and respect, influence people, make your family happy, maintain work

through experience, which ensures proficiency on intellectual, attitude, knowledge,

behavioural and emotional level. The workshop on personal effectiveness will ensure each

participant’s personal and professional beliefs and obstacles would be actively worked out

that prevent his/her time from managing effectively. Participants will walk away with the

self-awareness and skills necessary to meet their personal and professional goals.

1. Influence and persuasion skills

Achieving results is associated with successful persuasion and influence. Influence and

persuasion is directly linked to marketing and sales. However, we influence in many ways

and with great frequency. People utilize influence and persuasion power daily at all the

levels of the organization either internally or externally. If you want an increment, for

example, sometimes you need to persuade your boss. Whether you want to convince your

team to adopt a change, choose the best place for lunch or help your staff make choices,

there is often powerful influencing taking place. This workshop will help participants learn

how to influence and persuade in a variety of areas especially when such important skills is

overlooked, at a real cost to the organisation.

Explore the distinction between persuasion, influence, and manipulation and make decision.

Apply the concepts of pushing and pulling when influencing others including communicating with confidence, planning the conversation, and suspending their frame of reference.

Learn and apply techniques such as building rapport, matching, mirroring, pacing, and leading

Use different techniques for getting persuasive conversations and presentations underway

Use 5 S’s to make a persuasive presentation Extend influence by applying storytelling techniques Leverage concepts of neuro linguistic programming in everyday influence and

2. Business Etiquette

Set high standards of behaviour and allow your business to gain extra edge through good

business etiquette while avoiding internal and external conflicts. Business owners and

employees can display good manner and treat everyone respectfully to create trustworthy

work environment, build strong relationships, improve confidence, and make a good first

impression by setting high-standards.

Recall the embarrassing time where:

You’ve ever had to make small talk with a Very Important Person and been lost for words…

You failed to make good first impression, You aren’t sure which fork to use, You don’t know which side plate is yours,

You might not even think that such blunders can ruin your professional career. Such social

gaffes can be handled well with manners and respect. Our workshop is designed to

overcome such socially difficult moments of participants and give them extra edge in areas

that they may not have given a lot of thought of until now.

3. Conflict Resolution

Embrace conflict or outrage and make it a part of our personal growth and development if it

solves all your problems. However, conflict becomes an issue when the people involved

cannot work through it. Tact, diplomacy and constructive disappears off the floor when

employees become engaged in a battle that does not result in growth. With people planted

firmly on opposite side, negative energy can emerge, causing foul feelings and brings

relationships into disrepute. Although disputes may seem provoking and unresolvable, there

are ways to mitigate full blown outburst rather than escalating them. This course will give

participants the tools that will help them resolve conflict successfully and produce a win-win

outcome.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Understand what conflict is and how it can escalate. Understand the types of conflict and the stages of conflict. Recognize the five most common conflict resolution styles and when to use them. Increase positive information flow through non-verbal and verbal communication

skills. Develop effective techniques for intervention strategies. Become more confident of your ability to manage conflicts to enhance productivity

and performance.

4. Conflict Resolution – Difficult People Management

Do you frequently meet people who seem to be unkind, stubborn, incurable, indecent,

miserable, or passive-aggressive? You either have a bad day or having a bad day yourself.

When anger erupts, the body and brain proceed to frustration when there are no

resolutions for emotional agitation and there is a constant feeling of being ignored, rejected

or otherwise feeling emotionally harmed. While it might seem that the easiest remedy is to

lock yourself up at home and avoid people, we eventually have to pick up the phone or step

outside and have an interaction with somebody.

Success comes from understanding how we behave, as well as how we can influence others.

We can manage to have planned conversations as a remedy to cope with difficult people if

communications approach you with difficulties. This workshop will teach participants how

to turn difficult situations into opportunities for growth.

Techniques for dealing with difficult people effectively. How to deal with anger and techniques to manage it. How to identify your own attitudes and actions and how it affects others. How to develop coping strategies for dealing with difficult people and difficult

5. Self Esteem and Assertiveness Skills

Negative self-esteem can hinder growth and success. Self-esteem is generally defined as

person’s overall attitude towards him or herself. Have you ever thought how important is

the perception you have about yourself out of all the perceptions you have in your life? Life

can be agonizing and merciless, if you do not make overall evaluation about yourself. Learn

to install techniques in our one day workshop which can bring drastic change about the way

you feel yourself and ways to approach the world to get the things that you want.

6. Time Management

It is a known fact that “Time is money”. People often have a natural tendency to

procrastinate work and put everything disorganize while dealing with the ever changing

technology, daunting tasks and constant stream of people daily. Managing workload

becomes difficult if the things are not organized and causes delay in even performing

routine task. Many people skip important task and jump to the next one with the intention

to finish on time. Learn to make proper utility of available time by getting a grip on your

7. Stress Management

The only reason people dislike to attend workforce is their difficulty in dealing with stress. Stress is a part of today’s workforce as people experience exhaustion in epidemic proportions. When the workforce starts to feel stressed out, anxious and misunderstood at all the levels, it not only affects the productivity but also people’s capability of handling both workplace and personal demands. There is a constant need for building solid foundation to deviate our stress levels towards relaxation. This one-day workshop explores the causes of such stress, and suggests general and specific stress management strategies that people can use every day.

company. An important element or tool for the job search process is an interview. The

world is so competitive that even confident people fails to crack simple interview. However,
