Designing and quality control InfoTEC CNC company uses the most modern CAD 3D de-signing technology to design its machines. Each element of the machines passes a number of synthetic tests for static and dynamic loads before it is used in production. This ap-proach towards production is a guarantee for keeping high performance of the machine even during long-term intensive work.

During all phases of the assembly, the compliance with the requirements is controlled using special test procedures. Adjustment of all linear guides is carried out using an electronic spirit level and the positioning and work accuracy is checked with the RENISHAW equipment. After the machine is ready, it undergoes a set of practical tests, which consist in continuous work involving all working groups and components.

All machine components are made of high quality steel electri-cally welded. All profiles are ribbed and strengthened internally so as to guarantee maximum rigidity of the body. Moreover, the entire structure is machined from a single fastening in a large-sized machining center. It provides the maximum precision and proper preparation of surfaces for the assembly of linear motion components.

Before the process of the mechanical machining, both the gate and the machine frame are subjected to annealing in order to reduce the stress caused by welding process.

Machine frame - stability and security of work

The 3D mechanics is based on linear drives based on runner blocks of the BOSCH Rexroth Star company and racks with in-clined teeth of the Atlanta company. The racks and gearwheels applied are made according to the DIN 6 standard, which ensures high-precision positioning. Such a combination of drives ensures long-lasting use in addition to the high accuracy.

3D Mechanics - ideal for precision machining

Infotec CNC company uses energy-efficient AC servo drives of the efficiency class EFF1 controlled by a digital control-ler. It ensures high working speeds of the devices while maintaining excellent quality of processing.

Infotec CNC equips its devices with an air-cooled electrospindle of the HITECO brand with the power of from 2 to 20 kW as a standard. The spindles are made with the use of ceramic bearings and work within the speed range of from 1,000 to 40,000 rpm.

The selection of appropriate parameters by constructors, i.e. a solid monolithic frame, a high-power spindle and strong digital drives ensure a high productivity and perfect precision while machining materials.

The availability of different sizes of the machines makes that every customer can find a machine tool, which is per-fect for him and his requirements. The most optimal size of a working table amongst standard ones is the work-ing area 3100x2100mm. Machining Center 3121 It was through using its extensive knowledge and experience as well as by accomplishing the mission of supporting customers that InfoTEC CNC company has developed an automatic nesting/optimization center. It is a fully automatic and complete system for cutting, milling and drilling wood materials.

Thanks to the industrial technology and the additionally strengthened frame, it was possible to achieve a high pro-ductivity, which allows cutting 100 full format boards (2800x2070mm) by one person during one shift. Such a high productivity and total automation translates directly into lower production costs through rational energy management and stable employment - there is no need to use multiple machines for example for pre-formatting. The use of the nesting/optimization in the 3121 Pro Plus series results in another positive economic aspect. It is the effective waste management. The highly efficient nesting algorithm allows for the automatic optimization of machining through the most efficient arrangement of the material sheet, thus reducing waste to the minimum.

Machining Center 4021 The industrial 4021 PRO PLUS machining center belongs to semi-automatic milling systems designed for comprehen-sive machining of wood and wood-based materials. There are two different working areas in the machine tool - raster and console one, respectively with the dimensions 3100x2100mm and 1000x2100mm. On a raster (vacuum) table, we use nesting for cutting plates and if it is necessary, it undergoes further machining - milling and drilling. In the next step, we use console table with 4 independent beams, which firmly secure pre-prepared material on the vacuum table. At this stage, we use the angular units for further production, such as milling for locks, hinges and many other operations.

The combination of two types of machining centers into one complete system is a perfect solution for a broad spec-trum of production companies. Such a combination also provides notable economic benefits, as one machine can execute many operations and it can be operated by one worker.

Professional cutters/routers

C seriesInfoTEC CNC seeing growing textile and furniture market requirements, has designed a high-performance system for cutting such materials as leather, rubber, cardboard, textiles, foils and more.

C series achieves its high performance thought the use of an automatic feeding and collecting system. It consists of the infeed and collecting tables, which are connected to the working area by means of a movable belt. On each of the tables a different process is executed at the same time: preparation of the material for processing, cutting process and collecting finished parts. This system enables the full automation of the production process and achieving efficiency of cutting at the level of 350m2 per one shift.

In addition, C series is equipped with other accessories, which increase work efficiency, such as the VIDEO digitization system, which enables scanning irregular shapes of materials and transferring them directly to the software along with nesting and the projection system of ready-made elements to compile them in the correct order.

5-axis CNC machining centers

5AXIS series5AXIS series consists of 5-axis milling centers executing complex operations, which cannot be carried out using tra-ditional 3-axis machine tools. They effectively cut such elements as: prototype 3D models, high-quality forms (e.g. for washbasins, bathtubs), molds or parts for the automotive or aviation industry. They are also used to cut off surplus after thermoforming.

The advantage of using 5-axis machine tools is the possibility of processing an element on one fastening. It minimizes the time required to position the element. InfoTEC CNC company has increased the range of moves in the Z-axis up to 500mm in order to increase the range of use.

5AXIS is equipped with a modern control system with a highly efficient algorithm for setting feeds and components to achieve the high-speed operation. It is in this way that the profitability of making 3D models in small series increases significantly.

The engraving machines of SQ series are completely closed, therefore, they are ideal for jewelers, designing offices, studios and other. The additional stiffening of the bed of the engraving machine enables achieving higher speeds of processing and feeding. Optionally, this series has a lot of extra accessories (eg. a 5-position tool change storage) to speed up production of the ready elements.

LS seriesThere is a laser router/cutter in LS series, which is mainly used in industry and advertising agencies. It is a universal machine designed for executing different jobs in different materials. The optical system is equipped with a professional laser tube of the Synrad brand. The cutter/plotter is a complete tool ideal for accurate cutting or engraving.
