The Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities (ABRF) is pleased to invite you to join us for the 2020 ABRF Annual Meeting, February 29 – March 3 in Palms Spring, CA. As the largest international organization representing shared resource cores, the ABRF Annual Meeting is the annual conference for technology-enabled multidisciplinary research. ABRF 2020 is a unique opportunity to connect with a focused audience made up of top global scientific leaders, visionaries, and key decision makers seeking new technology and products, and identifying new trends to advance technology enabled research.

ABRF OUTSTANDING SCIENTIST SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS $1,000 eachIt Pays to be Outstanding! – Sponsors of this Award will be recognized at the Award Event at the ABRF 2020 Annual Meeting as well as having their Company Name and Booth Number placed on the meeting web site and in meeting literature and signage.

Travel awards are available to ABRF members who have made outstanding contributions in their institutional core facilities; have developed new biotechnologies with applications in core facilities; and/or have been active in ABRF activities. The award is to be used to offset the cost of attending ABRF 2020 in Palm Springs. Education Opportunities

TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASE Exhibitors will have an opportunity to host a Technology Showcase. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce new products, give in-depth technical demonstrations and present product updates. These will be held in session rooms for one hour and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

ABRF will put you in touch with the Convention Center Catering staff and help coordinate the logistics. For an evening Technology Showcase, serving reception food or hosting a bar is recommended. Please note that the Savoury’s Full Service Catering is the exclusive caterer at the Palm Springs Convention Center. No outside food and beverage is permitted.

Exhibitors will have an opportunity to host a Technology Showcase on Sunday, March 1st, Monday, March 2nd, or Tuesday, March 3rd. These sessions will allow the exhibitors an excellent opportunity to introduce new products, give in-depth technical demonstrations and present technical updates.

Applications are reviewed/assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is approved, the applicant will receive a confirmation form Exhibit Management.
