INFORMAÇÕES GERAIS

Todos ajustes são completamente verificados e corrigidosenquanto o monitor é fabricado, mas algumas vezes,pequenos ajustes podem ser necessários.Os ajustes devem ser efetuados pelos seguintes pro-cedimentos e após um aquecimento de mínimo 30minutos.

· Ferramentas e equipamentos de alinhamento.- Gerador de Sinal Programável.(ex. VG-819 feito pela Astrodeesign Co. ou semelhante).

- E(E)PROM com cada modo salvado.- Voltímetro Digital.- White Balance Meter.- Luminance Meter.

MÉTODO E PROCEDIMENTO DE AJUSTE

1. Ajuste da Voltagem B+1) Padrão Cross Hatch no Modo 5.2) Ajuste a Largura (H-Size) com as teclas +, - para

260mm.3) Ajuste a Altura (V-Size) com as teclas +, - para

190mm.4) Ajuste a tensão de J12 para 128V ± 0,2V através

de VR705.

2. Ajuste da Imagem na Tela (Modo de Fábrica)

Instale o adaptador e o cabo para ajuste como mostra afigura 1 e execute o programa de alinhamento no DOSem um equipamento IBM PC compatível.

1) Ajuste a chave ST (E) para Off no adaptador. (veja a figura 1).

2) Padrão Cross Hatch no Modo 1.3) Ajuste a Largura (H-Size) com H-SIZE no

programa de alinhamento ou teclas +, - no monitor para 260mm ± 1mm.

4) Ajuste a posição horizontal (H-Pos) com H-POSI no programa de alinhamento ou teclas +, - no monitor para centralizar a imagem.

5) Ajuste a Altura (V-Size) com o V-SIZE no programa de alinhamento ou teclas +, - no monitor para190mm ± 1mm.

6) Ajuste a Posição Vertical (V-Pos) com o V-POSI no programa ou teclas +, - no monitor para centralizar a imagem na tela.

7) Ajuste o Side-pincushion (S-PIN) com S-PCC no programa de alinhamento ou teclas +, - no monitor para obter a melhor condição.

8) Ajuste o Trapezoid com o TRAPEZOID no programa de alinhamento ou teclas +, - no monitor para obter a melhor condição.

9) Coloque a tela no Modo 2 ou Modo 5 e repita os ajustes acima.

3. Ajustes para White Balance e Luminância.

1) Ajuste White Balance Meter.2) Desmagnetize o cinescópio (CRT) com a

desmagnetizadora (externa).3) Coloque a tela em Cor 0,0 e padrão em Modo 1.4) Ajuste o controle de Brilho para o máximo.5) Ajuste o controle de Contraste para o máximo.6) Ajuste VR347 (B-BIAS) e VR357 (R-BIAS) para o

mínimo e VR367 (G-BIAS) para a posição central.7) Ajuste o G2 (Screen Control) no TSH (FBT) para

0,2~0,3FL da luminância do Raster.8) Ajuste VR347 (B-BIAS) e VR357 (R-BIAS) para

x=0,281±0,01 e y=0,311±0,01.9) Ajuste o G2 (Screen Control) no TSH (FBT) para

0,3~0,4FL da luminância do Raster.10) Tela em cor 15,0 com padrão Box (70 X 70mm) no

Modo 1.11) Ajuste VR313 (R-DRIVE) e VR314 (G-DRIVE) para

x=0,281±0,003 e y=0,311±0,003.12) Ajuste VR850 (SUB-CONTRAST) para 55±1FL da

luminância do padrão Box no Modo 1.13) Tela em cor 15,0 padrão Branco (Full White) no

Modo 1.14) Ajuste VR842 (ABL) para 33±1FL da luminância.15) Verifique o x=0,281±0,01 e y=0,311±0,01 com

controles de Brilho e Contraste no máximo e com controle de Contraste ao máximo e controle de Brilho para 10FL.

4. Ajuste de Foco

1) Ajuste os controles de Brilho e Contraste para a posição máxima.

2) Tela com padrão caracter "H" em toda a tela no Modo 4.

3) Ajuste para o melhor foco com o controle de Foco no TSH (FBT).

DESCRIÇÃO DO DIAGRAMA EM BLOCOS

1. Circuito Retificador Primário (Primary RectifierCircuit)

Este circuito transforma uma tensão AC (LINEVOLTAGE) em DC para alimentar o circuito doChassis. Ela é filtrada e retificada pelo capacitoreletrolílico C908 e pela ponte retificadora D901.

2. Circuito de Controle Chaveado (Switching ControlCircuit)

A operação deste circuito é manter a saída do circuitoretificador secundário em constante nível em algumascondições; sem carga, carga total, variação da tensãode linha , etc..A principal função é operada pelo IC901 (STR5717)sincronizando a freqüência horizontal via um conectorque tem uma espira ao redor do ferrite do TSH (FBT)T701.

3. Segundo Circuito Retificador (Secondary RectifierCircuit)

Este circuito retif ica a forma de onda dotransformador gerada pelo Circuito de Controle deChaveamento. Ele é constituído de Capacitor e Diodo.As tensões de saída são 80V, 50V, 14V, 6,3V e 5Vque são necessárias para o circuito secundário.

4. Circuito Pré Amplificador de Vídeo (Video Pre-Amp Circuit)

Este circuito pré amplifica o sinal de vídeo (R,G,B)para o circuito de saída de vídeo.A função é operada pelo IC301 (MC13281).

5. Circuito de Saída de Vídeo (Video Output Circuit)

Este circuito amplifica o sinal que vem do circuito préamplif icador, e este é aplicado ao catodo docinescópio (CRT).

6. Circuito do Microprocessador (MicroprocessorCircuit)

Este circuito gera o sinal de controle necessário paraoperar os circuitos drive horizontal e vertical, DDC2B(Plug & Play), e função DPM (Energy Saving). Afunção DDC2B (Plug & Play) é operada pelacombinação de H/V Sync e o sinal SDA/SCL.

7. Circuito Drive Horizontal e Vertical (Horizontal andVertical Drive Circuit)

Este circuito tem as funções que são, Posição H/V,Side-pincushion e Trapezoid, com a saída do circuitoMicroprocessador.O sinal vertical gerado é aplicado ao circuito de saídavertical. O sinal horizontal gerado é aplicado aocircuito de saída horizontal e ao circuito gerador dealta tensão.Estes circuitos são controlados pelo IC701(TDA4858).

8. Circuito de Saída Horizontal (Vertical OutputCircuit)

Este circuito obtém a forma de onda vertical (rampa)proveniente do IC701 (TDA4858) e efetua a deflexãovertical pelo suprimento da corrente dente de serra(saw-tooth) vinda do IC601 (TDA4866) para a bobinadefletora vertical (Yoke).

9. Circuito Gerador de Alta Tensão (High VoltageGeneration Circuit)

Este circuito é usado para gerar pulso na primeirabobina de T701 (FBT).Uma voltagem reforçada – aproximadamente 24,5kV– aparecerá no secundário de T701 (FBT) ealimentará o anodo do cinescópio (CDT).

10. Circuito de Controle de Brilho e Apagamento(Blanking and Brightness Control Circuit)

O circuito de Apagamento (Blanking) elimina a linhade retraço pelo fornecimento de um pulso negativo aoG1 do cinescópio (CDT)O circuito de Brilho é utilizado para controlar aluminosidade na tela pela alteração do nível DC emG1.

11. Conversor D/D (D/D Converter)

Para obter uma alta tensão constante, este circuitofornece uma tensão DC controlada para o TSH (FBT)e o circuito de deflexão horizontal conforme afreqüência de sincronismo horizontal.
