    PLANNER ROLES

    Planner roll starts from booking form receipt toshipping the goods.

    Need to circulate the T&A planner to the concern

    dept in daily basis with yesterday update. If any event lapsed from the target plan, make the

    revised plan and update the same in fast tracksystem.

    Need to submit the weekly progress to planningteam manager.

    EVENTS IN PLANNING

    Booking Form Is the first doc we received from ourcustomer, it comprise the order quantity details withsizewise ratio break-ups and ship date.

    PO sheets Purchase order is a major customer doc for

    doing business it comprise,

    1. Agreed price details with order qty & ship date

    2. Care label instruction with ident no & supplier ref.

    3. Barcode tag instructions with retail price

    4. Box end label information's.

    5. Packing & presentation methods.

    LC form After signing the po doc, buyer will open a LCthrough their banker, Buyers banker will send the LC to

    sellers bank by telex or swift.

    White sealIts a initial sample developed by the supplier

    based on the received buyers design spec

    Black seal If there any measurement amendments orcorrections in the submitted the white seal sample, we needto submit the revised sample in the sample fabric quality

    without VAP called black seal. Lap-dip Before proceeding to bulk dyeing, the lab-dips

    are made in lab. 2 to 4 lab-dips are made similar to requiredshade.

    VAP Value added process like print, embroidery

    AOP All over print

    Trims Accessories items like buttons, zippers etc.,

    Bulk fabric As per the customer appd lab-dip we needthe process the whole bulk, which is also appd by customerbefore bulk cutting start date.

    FPT & GPT Fabric pass test & garment pass test.

    MCD Final cut off date to in-house the bulk materials iscalled Material Cut off Date.

    Pilot-run Before proceeding to bulk production we need tosew 6 samples in each sizes using the in-housed bulkmaterials, to ensure the right measurements as per appdspec.

    Bulk cutting Cutting the bulk fabric as per the appd specmeasurements with the best efficiency.

    Bulk sewing Garment production (joining the cutted partsas per specification)

    Quality Inspection

    I. This dept works independently with freedom of finding &pointing out mistakes.

    II. These will not worry too much about the cost, profit, loss,delay in shipment.

    III. Their only aim is to control the quality of garments and tomake sure that they are up to acceptable level.
