PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCEThis section is in addition to the Preventive Maintenance section in the printed Owner’s Manual

Med-Fit Systems, and our suppliers, have tested and determined that it is acceptable to add apure silicone fluid (PDMS) to the walking belt and deck in cases where machine performance isaffected by a high-friction condition. Adding a pure silicone fluid will not damage the friction-control surface.

Med-Fit Systems only recommends Clearco-brand PSF-100cSt standard viscosity pure siliconefluid. Apply 1-1/2 ounces of the pure silicone fluid between the walking belt and deck, towardsthe center and from the front to the rear. Allow the belt to run at a moderate speed for at least 5minutes before using the machine again.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding pure silicone fluid, or its safe use, pleasecontact a Med-Fit Systems Customer Excellence representative at 800-235-2233, or276-773-2881 outside the United States.
