PROCUREMENT Capital Improvement Project

Melbourne Street Bridge was the only structurally deficient Bridge in the County.

Local Stimulus

On April 28, 2010, the Board of County Commissioner’s voted unanimously to create a local stimulus to infuse money into the community by authorizing infrastructure projects using the cost savings realized from competitive bids of Capital Improvements Projects.
