ABOUT THE

CAMPS Wild Wacky Weekdays will be held on three

different days at three different parks within

Dodge County. This years theme is Out of

this World!! Campers will be learn about the

different things that make up our galaxy, cre-

ate space themed crafts and engage in ac-

tive space themed games. Activities will in-

clude a scavenger hunt, Space Tag, Galaxy

Slime, and more!!!

REGISTRATION

COST $18 per camper (includes lunch, t-shirt, and

program costs). Please note that this is

non-refundable.

HOW TO REGISTER Remove, complete, and return the registra-

tion form attached to this brochure* (one

per family) AND Health Form (one per

camper) with check for $18.00 PER CAMP-

ER. Health forms can be accessed at

https://dodge.extension.wisc.edu . Click on

the 4-H Youth Development tab and then

select Camps. Registration is limited to the

first 25 registrants each day.

4-H Leaders Association.

Any youth are eligible to apply for financial sup-

port to attend a 4-H Youth Development pro-

gram. This is a confidential process and names

will only be shared with the Dodge County 4-H

educator or staff in charge of collecting forms.

*There are NO confirmation letters sent. If

your registration is not returned, assume

you have been accepted!
