DOUBLE WINNERS : Edward and Jack Moore, both sophomorecorporals at PMC Colleges' Pennsylvania Military College received2 i/2 year Army ROTC scholarships. The awards were presented byLt . Col. Alden W. Janke, Professor of Military Science at PMC. TheMoores", twin brothers from North Babylon , have distinguishedthemselves as cadets both by their high academic averages and bytheir active participation in campus and military organizations.Jack, a business major, is a member of the highly acclaimed PMCRanger Platoon ; while Ed, a civil engineer major belongs to thesociety of military engineers. Both cadets have served in the elitecadre positions to train freshman cadets.
Sergeant MICHAEL M.BRETON, son of Mr. and Mrs .Joseph P. Breton of 207 MaltsAve., West Islip has re-enlisted inthe U. S. Air Force after beingselected for career status.
Sergeant Breton , an air trafficcontrol specialist at Lorihg AFB,Maine, was approved for re-enlistment by a board whichconsidered his character and jobperformance.
He is assigned to a unit of theAir Force CommunicationsService which provides globalcommunications and air trafficcontrol for the USAF.

U.S. Air Force Captain PAULG. GIUSTI , son of Mr. and Mrs.Alfred Giusti , 12 Thoreau , NorthBabylon , has received theDistinguished Flying Cross foraerial achievement in Vietnam.
The captain distinguishedhimself as a C-130E Herculescargo-troop carrier aircraftcommander when he directed hisaircraft and crew on a tactical,emergency mission to Due PhoAirfield.
Despite enemy 'fire , adverseweather and darkness, he con-tinued the approach into themountainous site without the useof navigational aids to suc-cessfully conclude the mission.
The Captain was honored inceremonies at Alconbury RAFStation , England , where he nowserves, as commander of the 10thTactical Reconnaissance Wing'sheadquarters squadron , a unit ofthe U. S. Air Forces in Europe.USAFE is America 's overseasair arm assigned to NATO.
Captain Giusti was com-missioned in 1962 through OfficerCandidate School and holds theaeronautical rating of seniorpilot.High School , he attended YaleUniversity, New Haven, Conn.His wife is the former MarianneE. Henriksson from Sweden.

GreeneAve., Lindenhurst is a member ofHelicpoter Anit-SubmarineSquadron 15, homebased at theNaval Air Station , Lakehurst,N.J., and now aboard thehelicopter .carrier USS Guam forspecial operations in the Atlantic.
He and the men of his squadronwill be carrying out tests toevaluate a new and highlysophisticated concept in anti-submarine warfare , the SeaControl Ship project , which willeventually be able to cope withhostile submarines over a broadgeographical area by using adeadly new ship-aircraft com-bination.

AIRMAN FIRST CLASSRALPH SANTANIELLO, son ofMr. and Mrs. Pascuale San-taniello, 329 Mahnattan Ave.,North Babylon, has been namedOutstanding Airman of theQuarter in his unit at HickamAFB, Hawaii, where he serveswith a unit of the Pacific AirForces, headquarters for airoperations in Southeast Asia, theFar East and the Pacific area.The airman graduated from highschool in North Babylon in 1969.

SGT. Wilbert is a Mortarman inCompany E, 1st Infantry Bat-talion of the Division 's 7thCavalry, 3rd Brigade, He enteredthe Army in January 1971 andCompleted basic training at Ft.Jackson, S. C, where he wasstationed before arriving over-seas.
He is a 1970 Graduate of WestIslip High School. Sgt. Wilbert'swife, Cathy, lives on Route 1,Shiloh , GA.
Army Private WALTER M.JAHNKE , 22, son of Mr. and Mrs.Max H. Jahnke, 11 E. HollywoodAve., Lindenhurst , recentl ycompleted a 10-week MedicalCorpsman course at the U. S.Army Medical Training Center,Ft. Sam Houston, Tex.
He learned to perform routinepatient care and treatment dutiesin combat areas, hospital units,dispensaries, clinics and othermedical facilities. He alsoreceived instruction in' • thetransportation of sick andwounded by ground, air andwater means.

Isfavy Fireman JOHN R.SCHNEPF , son of Mr. and Mrs.John B. Schnepf of 77 Jean Road ,and husband of the former MissPatricia A. Kelley of 31 OakleyPlace, all of West Islip, hasreturned to homeport at NorfolkVa., after a 31,000-mile five-month voyage in the NorthAtlantic and Mediterraneanaboard the aircraft carrier USSAmerica , which operated as aunit of our Sixth Fleet whiledeployed.
Army Private WAYNE J.DILLWORTH, 25, son of Mr.Joseph W. Dillworth, 511 TenthSt., West Babylon , recentlycompleted a wheeled vehicleMechanic course at Ft. Dix, N.J.
During the eight-week course,he was trained to repair internalcombustion engines and wheeledvehicle chassis components.Instruction was given in thefundamentals of electrical andtransmission systems.
Pvt. Dillworth entered theArmy in October 1971.
He is a 1964 graduate of John H.Glenn High School. Elwood.
