6. The following shall be the authorities of the Instinrte.'a. The Governing BodY

b, The Excuttve Directo{, who shdl be a distingu;shed scientist,shstl be appointed by the Gwenring Body, follou'ing theprocedure laid down by the Ceatral Govemrnent and relevantBye-laws of tlre Institute in th.i! behalf. He shall be the PrincipalEtecutive Officer of the lnstitute and woutd also be the MerhberSecretary bf ihe Society. Until such tirrre a fuU time Executirze
