During this weeks Seminar we will review and discuss Time and Stress management.
The questions and discussions will be based on the readings.
We will have some True/False questions. You have 10 seconds to answer the T/F questions.
We will also have some discussion questions.

There are two types of Stress: Good Stress – Eustress Bad Stress - Distress
What are some examples of what good stress can do for a person?
GOOD STRESS - EUSTRESS
Good Stress can: give you focus and motivation
help you achieve your stated goals help you complete your deadlines motivates you to study for a test Or go out to lunch with a long time friend
BAD STRESS - DISTRESS
What are some examples of what bad stress can do to a person?
BAD STRESS - DISTRESS
Bad Stress can: Contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure,
and strokes Make you more likely to catch less serious illnesses
like colds. It can contribute to alcoholism, obesity, drug
addiction, cigarette use, depression, and other harmful behaviors.
