In March 2011, in the world of Italian cutting, the demand for increasing expertise and the search for high-performance products led to an enterprise which aims to act as a catalyst for demand and to respond in a professional way to the needs of the various companies operating throughout the country.

THUNDER BLADE SRL strives towards shared growth for the client/supplier, through an exclusive partnership with two of the largest cutting tool producers currently on the market: BAHCO for bandsaw blades and TENRYU for circular blades.

Thanks to the extensive experience of these two companies, and a meticuolous selection of products and technology, today THUNDER BLADE SRL can offer an increased quality of products and technical and commerical support, and this is also thanks to the company’s internal production department and a warehouse offering the end client assistance, reliability and punctual delivieries.

To complete the range of services offered, THUNDER BLADE SRL can guarantee a qualified and efficient technical maintenance service which, combined with assistance with the available tools, supports the client in achieving the best cutting performance.

BAHCO

BANDSAW BLADES AND METAL CUTTING TOOLS BAHCO is the world leader when it comes to tools for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, famous for the quality and high performance of its tools, both in general-purpose and production cutting, offering excellent value for money.

The huge range of BAHCO-patented products includes universal bandsaw blades designed to simplify blade selection, as well as the newest innovations in the field of hard metal high-performance, and used in high-tech industries.

Quality is a prerogative: a key factor both in production and in general applications.

Research and development are fundamental to being a world leader in the industry of metal cutting; this allows BAHCO to be able to respond to the growing needs of saw manufacturers, metal producers, as well as in the field of more evolved applications.

TENRYU

TIPPED CIRCULAR BLADES Our collaboration with TENRYU allows us to manage a warehouse which consists of both HM-tipped products and CERMET-tipped products, for the huge range of blade sizes used today in circular saws for cutting solid materials, tubes and profiles.

The same range is also handled for blades with special PVD coatings which, where necessary, increase the tool’s cutting performance and increase the scope of its application.

Through direct collaboration with the Japanese manufacturer, we are also able to offer circular blades with a higher diameter than the standard 460 mm: up to 1800 mm diameter for plain blades, and up to 1200 mm diameter for PVD-coated blades.

In the same way, our range is complete with all types of tipped-blades for cutting non-ferrous and super alloy materials.

BTM

BANDSAW MACHINES BTM SRL is the result of hard work, expertise and vast experience in designing and manufacturing bandsaws.

In particular, the BTM range is specialised in producing medium and large size high-performance bandsaws, suitable for cutting any type of material, including stainless steels and high resistance materials such as inconel, hastelloy and F51.

The aim of the BTM range is to satisfy the client in terms of quality, reliability and production, and this comes from the close interdependency between the BTM Team’s Know-How and the expressed needs of the client. The design, assembly and testing of machines are carried out within the company by highly-specialised staff.

The BTM range is at the forefront in finding new, innovative cutting processes and in creating new machines in prime position in the global market.

SO.FIN.A.

BANDSAW MACHINES With thirty years of experience in the field of medium and large size bandsaw design, manufacture, installation and maintenance, SO.FIN.A strives to perfect and optimise avant-garde technology, processes and strategies, aimed at improving facilities and services.

The company is distinguished by its flexibility with regard to manufacturing personalised saws and cutting machines for steel factories, tube mills and general iron and steel industries.

Today, its main strength is an innovative system of one or more mobile portals, with an operating motion as requested by the client and the possibility of cutting on a vertical or horizzontal axis, made possible thanks to a special mechanical system, already trialled and tested with success.

The robust structure, use of the best components, applying high technology to cutting systems and electronic numerical control systems for automatic management, make SO.FIN.A saws especially reliable and highly productive.
