I have been going to this location since it opened in the fall of 2011 and I haven't been disappointed. They are always prompt, courteous, and friendly. Did I mention prompt, I've never had to wait more than five minutes for service. I typically have my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed. Somehow they manage to do both without causing me too much pain. Ask for Zana if you want waxing or a facial and Sushma for threading, they're both great!!! I highly r e c o m m e n d t h e m .

I'm so happy this place opened up in the West Loop.   There are so many spas in the area but they do not do threading.   This place obviously specializes in threading so I was very happy.  They did an excellent job.  I also had a wax with Zana and she did a thorough and great job.  Of course it hurt!  But she made it hurt just a little l e s s .

I love this space - very relaxing and extremely clean.   I've only used the waxing services with Zana and I'm sold.  She does a great job, works very efficiently and I plan on remaining a repeat customer.   Give this place a try.

I've been going to the location on Superior for a few years, but this one is closer to home so I popped in on my day off. Lovely space, great service, good prices.

I walked in last Friday around 5pm and only had to wait 5 minutes.  She did a great job of keeping the shape of my eyebrows and cleaning them up.  It's taken me a while to get them to where they are so I was nervous.   She was great and I will be going back for sure.   If you get lotion at the end of it they massage it in for a good 3-4 minutes which is so nice!

I walked in after work and they took me immediately. The 2 ladies were incredibly nice! Kamini did an awesome job threading my eye brows and I will definitely be back. After the threading was done, she put aloe on my eye brows and it felt like a mini head massage. It was definitely worth the $15. I highly r e c o m m e n d t h i s p l a c e !

If you take your eyebrow threading seriously then you need to see Sushma at Thread Away.  ���

I have a Persian background which in my case means I have thick eyebrows that need shaping and cleaning often.   I have been threading my eyebrows for the last 15 years, so I have encountered many professionals in the threading/waxing business.  I recommend Sushma because she does an excellent job shaping and cleaning the brows and she's efficient.  She's also skilled enough to have  a quick conversation while taking care of business (not all threaders can multi-task effectively).  I never get a "rushed" feel.  She also does a good job waxing as w e l l s o y o u c a n m u l t i - t a s k i f n e c c e s s a r y . ���

As far as wait times, I've never had an issue but I tend to go during the week or on off hours.   It's always a good idea to make appointments when possible.   See Sushma and stay c o n s i s t e n t i f y o u w a n t g r e a t r e s u l t s .

I love Thread Away.   The women who work here are so very experienced at threading!  It takes approximately 5 m i n u t e s t o t h r e a d my eyebrows.   My arches and length are always perfect  with me g iv ing on ly min imal direction.  They really get what eyebrows are suppose to be s h a p e d l i k e ! !
