ATTSU thermal fluid boilers series FT are the result of a long tradition in the boiler manufacturing bringing together its robust design, low thermal charge, energy efficiency and the new control and communication technologies in an extremely durable, reliable and user friendly equipment.

FT series boilers are water-tube three-pass type boilers with one or several parallel circuits designed to optimize its thermal efficiency. They can be vertically or horizontally shaped and can use liquid or gaseous fuels as a source of energy.

There are special models for other energy sources as biomass, cogeneration, electric energy, etc.

The shown cross-section of FT series boilers allows taking a look at the interior of a boiler which is certainly one of the best thermal fluid boilers at the market.

FT 400 HT: high temperature resistant, vertical, out-door, with cover for burner protection.

FT thermal fluid boilers are manufactures in a power rates between 100.000 and 10.000.000 kcal/h (115 kW and 11,5 MW), both in in vertical and horizontal versions, and are designed to operate up to 325 ºC and 10 barg. Tailor made models (series FT-HT) are available for higher temperature and pressure.

Designed according to the German code AD Merkblätt and under the PED Directive 97/23/CE, they can be also redesigned according to ASME, BS, EN, GOST, JIS, etc.

V-FT 1000: Vaporizer 1000 kg steam per hour, with two exchangers

Thermal oil / vegetable oil exchanger for application in the food processing industry: its special design avoids fooling and makes easier its maintenance; power rates up to 1.250 kW.

Atmospheric oil storage tank: each installation requires an oil storage tank with enough capacity for the whole thermal fluid in the installation. The equipment is completed with a pump for the installation filling and emptying.

Electric thermal fluid boiler which feeds a laboratory reactor; with 50 liters capacity and 16 barg, the system controls the reactor's heating and cooling.

Pressurised expansion vessel: each installation requires an expansion vessel which absorbs thermal fluid volume variations. Usually it operates at atmospheric pressure, but according to the working conditions there are special pressurised models with inert atmosphere.

FT thermal fluid boilers can be equipped with the appropriate accessories which allow the operation without constant supervision during 24 hour periods.

Each FT boiler is equipped with a safety valve bearing the PED certificate.

Redundant automation systems, two-of-three logic, Ethernet, Lonworks, Modbus, Profibus,remote control, etc. communication devices, Scada system integration, form part of ATTSU equipment options.

Identification which allows at any time copies of the technical documentationand a list of spare parts, etc. to be obtained.

Each boiler is equipped with a burner which can be liquid fuel fired (light oil, heavy fuel-oil, animal fats, glycerin, etc.) or gas fired (natural gas, propane, biogas, etc.) or dual fuel (liquid and gas), electric, low NOx, with Oxygen trim, etc.

accessories 24 HOURS UNMANNED OPERATION

The standard model is equipped with one circulation pump which propels towards the boiler, with mechanical seal and design temperature of 350 ºC.As an option the boiler can be supplied with a second pump or a group of three or more pumps for boiler feeding.

The handwheel check valves have a stainless steel bellows shaft sealing system tanks to which they are practically maintenance free.
