Our patent pending anodizedaluminum manifold block, with inte-gral valve bodies, coupled to a PLCcontroller gives you a highly reliablecascade controller that is easy to installonto any system, including back fit.

SELF CONTAINED BREATHINGAPPARATUS (SCBA)CONTAINMENT FILL STATIONSBAUER offers only independently test-ed containment fill stations whichwere found to protect the operatorfrom overpressure and fragmentationper NFPA 1901. Formed plate steel andfewer weldments help maintain struc-tural integrity while at the same timereducing size and weight. Ourergonomic “Easy Load” door designallows the operator to open and closethe door with less than 18 lbs. of forcewithout hyper-extended hand andwrist movements. Our exclusive handsfree interlock system eliminates systemoperation without the fill station doorbeing closed and latched.

AIR OR GAS STORAGEBAUER high pressure air or gas storagesystems meet the code requirementsof either the United States Departmentof Transportation (DOT) - (UN) or theAmerican Society of MechanicalEngineers (ASME). All are available forpressures up to and including 6000psig applications. Optional mountingracks are available to tailor the systemto fit your specific requirements.

AIR PURIFICATION ANDFILTRATIONBAUER high pressure air purificationsystems purify air to many worldrecognized standards includingCompressed Gas Association PamphletG-7, Compressed Air for HumanRespiration, ANSI-CGA G-7.1Commodity Specification for Air GradeE. Our industrial filtration systems uti-lize the same high pressure technologyfound in breathing air applications,however they are adapted to non-breathing air requirements; from dry-ing to finite particulate removal, lookto BAUER to satisfy your filtrationneeds.

SECURUSSECURUS II maximizes the process lifeof the BAUER air processing cartridgesbecause the sensor is embeddeddirectly in the molecular sieve. Ourtechnology takes the guess-work outof the processed air monitoring sys-tem.
