Our Load Climber is a simple solution to keep the pullrod from digging into peaked loads. The Load Climber’s rollers lift the tarp up over the load. The Load Climber can easily be added to your pullrod without modifying the tarp.

All Semi-Automatic Pulltarps® Systems are easy to retrofit with Manual Arm Kits. Manual Arms are an economical solution to covering heaped loads on shorter applications. All arm kits are available in steel or aluminum material and bent or straight configurations.

All Semi-Automatic Pulltarps® Systems can be converted to electric drive, manual arms, or automatic arms.

Electric Pulltarps® Systems are designed for longer applications where spring tension alone is not enough to return the tarp. The electric motor feeds the tarp out as you pull and then retracts the tarp back in. The powerful Superwinch® motor has a 3 year prorated warranty.

Tarp Return RampsWelded to the tailgate, the Tarp Return Ramps help secure the tarp while deployed. The angle at the top allows for easy retracting of the tarp. Zinc plated steel or aluminum.

Braided LoopThe hand braided rope goes through the webbing loop to prevent hanging up when pulling over the tailgate.

Galvanized Roller TubeEasily remove or install any tarp. Tarp slides in and out of the groove on the roller tube.

Exclusive Mounting SystemThe threaded mounting bars weld to the truck body and the system is bolted in place. Exclusive mounting bars make installation, maintenance, and removal easy.

External Ratchet AssemblySemi-Automatic Pulltarps® Systems are the original

spring-return tarping system. These systems operate by manually pulling the tarp out over the load with a pullrope. The tarp is then rolled back into the housing using the spring tension within the roller mechanism. These tarp systems are great for most applications and are the economical solution to your tarping needs. Stock widths include 80”, 84”, 87”, 89”, 93”, 96”, and 100” inches. All systems include steel or aluminum mounting brackets/ mounting bars. All Semi-Automatic Pulltarps® Systems have a lifetime guarantee* on all moving parts.

Another exclusive feature of Super Shields, Ultimate Aluminum systems, and X-Pando systems is its External Spring Tensioning capabilities. This ratchet mechanism makes adjusting the spring fast and easy without removing the tarp.
