2004/05 : 1 fusion de société, intégration dans StudioCanal de 4 sociétés de production et distribution de films2005/06 : 3 opérations de fusion, 7 sociétés impactées, effectuées en une seule opération2007/08 : 2 opérations de fusion , 6 sociétés impactées, effectuées en une étape2008/09 : réorganisation des entités TPS, 5 opérations de fusion impactant 10 sociétés comprises dans 2 périmètres analytiques différents (Groupe Canal+ et Multithématique)

Opération lancée au 4eme trimestre année A-1, la fusion productive ayant lieu après la clôture comptable (janvier année A)Elle débute par un phase d’analyse, permettant la validation des pré requis technique et la mise en évidence des incohérences de paramétrage et des données de base des sociétés (ou périmètre analytique) concernésFusions et tests sont effectués, après prise en compte des conflits et des éventuels aménagements fonctionnels sur une copie de production (pré production ou environnement dédié)L’environnement de développement est immédiatement converti après l’opération de production pour garder la cohérence du paramétrage Les opérations SLO ont été effectuées en mode « remote »Opérations réalisées à 4 reprises sur nos environnements R/3 4.6B ou ECC6 (volumétrie 230Gb & 530 Gb). Fusion de sociétés et de périmètres analytiques

Points d’attention forte implication des utilisateurs pour

analyser les tests de comparaison des paramétrages et éventuellement préparer des ajustements

gestion délicate des comptes bancaires les organisation structurelles MM et SD ne

sont pas converties par le SLO (BUKRS) => mise à jour des données de base + développement d’un programme de contrôle

dans 1 cas de fusion, nous avons fait une fusion inversée dans les systèmes (la 200 a été l'absorbante dans le S.I. alors que juridiquement c'était la 111)

dans le dernier SLO, nous avons paralléliser une fusion analytique aux fusions de sociétés

Objectifmener des opérations de fusions de

sociétés selon un planning très cadrécontinuité du flux de documents

(notamment logistique)éviter la croissance de volume de données

(la conversion SLO évite de “doubler la base”des écritures dans la société absorbante => update de la base)
