System Bibloc demountable partition Brief description Modular demountable partition system is constructed on an aluminium frame with on

both sides chipboard or gypsumboard panels. All visible profiles have fine rectangular sections and recessed joints. Glass modules can be installed with or without vertical studs. The frameless glass partitions are characterized by minimalism and maximum transparency. Floor and ceiling tracks are 40mm high. The 10 or 12mm thick glass panels are connected by a narrow and almost invisible transparent profile, creating a nearly seamless junction.

The Flush-Clips partition is suitable in any utility building and is extremely convenient to create contemporary office spaces very quickly. Thanks to its limited number of components and clever construction relocation is achieved in the shortest time period.

Thickness 100 mm Heights Floor to ceiling: up to 3.05m with full height panel. Higher is possible with horizontal

joint. Height Tolerance up to 30 mm deviations in floor levels can be taken up by the system (+15 and -15). Partition Modules The standard module width is 1200mm, other widths are also available on request. Weight Solid module: about 25 kg/m² Frame Inner frame in aluminium. The floor and ceiling track (40 x 100 x 40) are made from aluminium. These head and

base tracks are powder coated and have closed cell foam strips to aid acoustic insulation. Vertical studs in aluminium are manufactured to receive a clips profile equipped with springs to hold panels on both sides in place.

Solid Modules The standard panels are classified from Class A, E1, 12.5mm Chipboard with a density

of ca. 650 kg/m3 or gypsumboard panels with a density of ca. 800kg/m³ in 12.5mm thickness. The panels can be finished in various coverings, such as fabric and vinyl wall coverings, melamine, HPL laminate or natural wood veneers. Panels can are also available in MDF, Plywood or Class O Chipboard.

Insulation Standard modules have 60mm, 45kg/m³ density, Rockwool batts. In combination with

the foam strips they offer an optimal sound insulation. Doorframes Standard aluminium doorframes come with a vertical height adjustable aluminium

hinge feature. All doorframes are pre-assembled and machined ready to receive ironmongery and fitted with acoustic gaskets.

Door leaf Standard widths are 830 and 930mm. Standard heights are 2015mm, 2115mm. Other

dimensions are possible. By default the leaves are equipped with 0.8mm thick HPL laminate. Of course traditional wood veneers or painted doors are also available. Full glazed doors are available in 8 or 10mm toughened glass.

The thickness is 40mm and 50mm depending on height or acoustic requirements. Ironmongery All door handles, locks, door stops and hinges available on request. By default an L or U-shaped handle in stainless steel 19mm diameter is included. The

standard door stop is also in stainless steel.

Glass Modules Double glazed units in 6, 8, 10 or 12mm laminated or toughened glass. Glass modules can be installed with or without vertical studs. The frameless glass partitions have 10 or 12mm thick glass panels that are connected by a narrow and almost invisible transparent profile, creating a nearly seamless junction. All sorts of glass are possible. Sandblasting and every type of film are available. Venetian blinds are incorporated between the double-glazing, and are handled manually or electrically.

Coating All visible profiles i.e. skirting, corners, wall abutments, door and window frames, are

powder coated and available in any RAL colour. All coating is done with a polyester powder coating of minimum 60 microns.
