Syria Crisis Dashboard (12 December 2014) UNICEF has received 64% of funding against the Syria SHARP and sub-regional RRP6 appeals for 2014, Turkey remains the most under-funded country with a 50% funding gap against the appeal. UNICEF in Syria has a funding gap of over 40%. Education remains the least funded sector with only 50% of funds received in the year to date. To protect children and their families against the effects of winter 217,600 clothing kits for most vulnerable IDPs are being distributed in Syria. Across the countries hosting Syrian refugees 625,000 children have received warm winter clothes or vouchers.
