Unsere im Unternehmen entwickelten Marken Hahlbrasi, Abralon and Abral berzeugen

mit konstanter Durchmessergenauigkeit, gleichmiger Kornverteilung, immer gleichem

Kornanteil und natrlich durch ihre abrasiven Eigenschaten. Fr unsere Fasern verwenden

wir die Polymere Nylon 6, Nylon 610 und Nylon 612, lieerbar in den Krnungen SiC, AO,

KK (Keramik), Diamant, DIAMIC. Apropos lieerbar: Natrlich nden Sie in unserem Sortiment

nicht nur die Standard-Korngren von 36 bis 1.000, sondern au Anrage ebenso nahezu

jede andere Gre oder jeden anderen Durchmesser. Der grte Teil dieser Filamente ist soort

r Sie versandbereit.

Weil wir gerne noch einen Schritt weiter gehen, nden Sie in unserem Sortiment auch co-

extrudierte Abrasive mit bis zu 5 Fden sowie Bilonzustze, die die Lebenszeit von Brsten

Our in-house developed brands Hahlbrasif, Abralon and Abrafil stand out through their

consistent diameter control, even grit distribution and grit load and obviously through their

abrasive properties. Our abrasive filaments are manufactured from Nylon 6, Nylon 610

and Nylon 612 polymers and are available in SiC, AO, Ceramic, Diamond and DIAMIC grit.

Availability-wise, you will not just find the standard grit sizes from 36 1000, but on requestthe option of all diameters and grit size combinations. The vast majority of our range is avail-

able for immediate delivery from stock.

Because we like to go the extra mile, you will also find co-extruded abrasives with up to

5 ends and a Bilon range, which considerably extends the lifetime of brushes and tools
