• PROJECT INTRODUCTION

As the population in urban area is continuously increasing, real estate industry is one of the booming industries.

Finding home, offices in good locality within budget is one the primary objective of any person. But an individual cannot travel all over the places and collect information about construction sites. Keeping this scenario in mind real-estate portal is an easy solution for anyone as one can search the type’s properties, compare them and finally come to a decision. Visitor can also view the builder’s past records, history, his past projects, their feedbacks so that he can actual view of reputation of the builder. From builder’s or agent’s point of view they can target large audience so that they can increase their sales.

• Functionality

• Administration / Backend

• Site Manager: Site admin will be monitoring all site features, member access, and project postings. Can manage members and edit their profile details and can any time set them active or inactive. Can upgrade their membership plans.

• Properties Manager: Site admin can manage all properties (buy or sell) and can any time active or inactivate or can even edit delete etc…

• Membership Manager: Site admin can add unlimited no. of membership plans and set respective privileges to them. Can any time edit or delete.

• Banner Manager: Banner Manager is provided for the site admin to manage site’s ads and banners. The banner management system will not only upload banners.

• News Manager: News Management system will be developed in the site. The news will be reflected to the front end of the site once the site admin enter news from admin panel. If the publish option in the news section is set to no, the news will not be visible at the front side.

• General options Settings and Editing: Site admin can add and edit following :

• Can Manage Countries, State, Cities etc

• Can Manage Categories, Property for, ownership details etc.

• Can Edit Site pages Text like About us, FAQ, Contact us etc….

• Can upload property logo and photos

2) Customer / Front-end Management

Registration and Login

• Easy Registration for members.

• Email will be send to registered users and to admin as well.

• When users login for the first time after registration, they will be forced to indicate as Individual Members type or as Agent/builders to help evaluate members’ type as individual and or other corporate members.

• Once members choose builders or agents a new form is displayed for entering their company information where in they can upload the logo and if they choose individual type they will be directly sent to their personal members’ admin page, where in they can post their properties.

• Other features like forgot password request, Referring to a friend Request etc.

3) Product Management

I. Sell Properties Posting

• Once registered the members can post their properties for sale depending on the type of membership plans they opt and the privileges it has for the properties on sale.

• Can post properties in unlimited categories

• Can upload properties image

• Can post open land/plot properties

• Can Edit, Hide/Unhide, Set Sold Status or Delete for the posted properties.

• Can also see no. of interests for their posted properties.

II. Summary of Postings

On Members Home page a summary of their postings and membership plans is displayed and respective given links will take them to relevant pages.

III. Profile Editing

Members can update their posted profile and can also change their password.

IV. General

• All properties can be traced from a unique auto generated Property Id.

• Displays properties in home page depending on the membership plans.

• Displays Premium Builders details depending on the membership plans. (Check if needed)

• Customized Search

• Extra features, the members can send email to properties posted and can also refer their properties to their friends.
